Hi I'm Mandy looking for a rental to share or rent on my own. Am currently renting a property in Jesmond, however landlord is moving overseas and I need to relocate as there selling house. I'm Very clean and tidy work hard keep fit want to know more just ask 😊
I’m moving to Newcastle from Geelong to start a new job in January. I’m easy going and won’t be home much except for weekends and after work. I’m fairly social but don’t mind a quiet household either. I won’t be able to inspect the house until I move in but I’m happy to have a phone or video call to chat. I’m flexible as long as the lease is 3 months minimum. I’m a big fan of movies, music, red wine, dogs and I draw when I have free time. I’m looking for an easy going and friendly household 😊
TEAM UP ONLY - HOPING TO GET A BIG HOUSE WITH A POOL (HOPEFULLY) If you don't have furniture there is no need to worry because I hav a whole house full of it, all you need to do is pay your share of the rent basically. Read below for heaps more information if you are interested in a team up. I am ready to move now. ABOUT MYSELF: I am 33 years old, I was originally from Portugal but moved here where I was young. I study part time and have an online business that currently runs out of my garage. For fun, I like to get out of the house because I hate being inside all the time. I love to go to the beach or local pools but no-one ever wants to go. I also like to go shopping with friends, catch a movie or just enjoy a nice meal out. I also like to stay at home and binge watch the 3000 movies and 308 TV Series that I have, and spend time with my cats outside. ABOUT ME AS A HOUSEMATE: Every house mate that I've had over the years I have became great friends with them because I am easy to get along with. I communicate if there is an issue, I adapt easily and willing to compromise. I have always been considerate of my housemates by not being too loud at night. I am very clean, I find cleaning therapeutic to me honestly, WHAT AM I LOOKING FOR? I am looking for 2 people to TEAM UP and lease out a nice house with me. I am looking at going to inspections now as I am ready to move. My preferences are: - Female (doesn't need to be both female) - Around my age (not that important) - MUST WORK! (this is very important) - Rental references from past rentals or past housemate - Willingly to go on the lease whether its when I apply (preferred) r later on down the track. - Looking for serious people that are willing to stick around - NO DRAMA WHATSOEVER!! (this is a big must) - No couple, sorry. I am looking for more than a housemate, but a friend also, someone I can share experiences and do stuff with. HOUSES I AM LOOKING FOR: The house must have a double garage for my costume business. I have also found ones with swimming pools (and they pay for the maintenance). I want a big house with two lounge rooms because I have two massive projectors, two bathrooms would be handy too. I WILL NOT GO HIGHER THAN $550.00. The price rang weekly for the 3 of us would range from $150-$180. I have been looking for places in Argenton, Glendale, Warners Bay, Cardiff, Cardiff Heights, Boolaroo, Wallsend, Jesmond, Birmingham Gardens, Maryland, Fletcher, Maquarie Hills, Cardiff South, Cameron Park, West Wallsend, Holmseville, Waratah, New Lambton, Lambton, Kotara, Charlestown and more. I would preferred someone who drives so these locations would be suitable to you.
Hi! I'm AJ. I study Primary Education at UoN and I am looking for somewhere to stay for Semester 1, 2020 (my second year). I'm happy to keep to myself or socialise with housemates as I consider myself a bit of an "extroverted introvert". I won't be home too much as I work for a few agencies doing tutoring and childcare around the Newcastle area. To kick back I like to play videogames or bake something new. I'll share, of course! I make a mean ANZAC biscuit. I'm looking for an affordable ($100-$135) room; my only real requirement is that the internet is available at the property for my studies. I don't drive so a car space isn't required. I'm interested in sharing a room with someone to split the rent or get together and Team Up to rent out a whole property - just send me a message! Best case scenario I'd like to bring my pet python with me to my new place, but I understand that it's probably a bit much to hope for. I'm more than okay with leaving him at my family house. If you're wondering, he's less than a metre long and is kept in a tank which I only take him out of when I'm feeding him. You won't even notice he's there! Thank you for reading :)
Hi! My name is Jayson. I'm a doctor working in Sydney at the moment, moving to Newcastle in 2020 to start a part-time PhD in neuroscience at the University of Newcastle! In my spare time, I enjoy indoor rock climbing, board games, and going on hikes. I'm looking for a room in a share-house close to where I'll be working, likely for 6 months, but potentially longer if I really like it.
Im a 22 year old female, whose about to start vet nursing with Tafe online in the next couple of weeks, but could move in anytime. I'm very clean and tidy, and generally keep to myself but like the odd chat. I have a very well behaved 14 month Kelpie, Loki, who is timid but friendly.
I work part time in finance, and am studying Masters in Information Technology. Very clean and respectful of others time and space - bit of a homebody and happy to just keep to myself more or less. In saying that - more than happy to come home and have a chat or sit on the lounge and watch some Netflix or join in on whatever housemate activity is going on. I've grown out of 'going out partying' every weekend - just prefer to take it easy and go to the pub with a few mates on the weekends. I have 2 greyhounds shared between myself and my ex. I would love to find a situation where I could have them over from time to time - however respect this may not suit. I play guitar here and there but am able to plug into my computer to play silently into my headphones. I love silly jokes and gaming on my PC or PS4 - but am no good at any of them. Hoping to find respectful, clean and laid back housemate/s.
Recent mature post-grad student who just completed studies in architecture. I'm very clean, quiet, and I do not smoke. I love keeping fit and healthy and love dogs although I do not own one. I respect personal space and do not cross boundaries. I prefer flatmates with similar qualities.

I am moving up to Newcastle next year for full time work as an optometrist. I spend a lot of time watching shows/reading and I do enjoy cooking. I am quite introverted and like my down time but I would like to lease with someone who is down to hang out and have fun sometimes too! I like to try to live in a tidy space, make it home-y and will clean up after myself. I'm hoping to join a lease or looking to team up with someone with a similar mindset as me! :)

Hey there! I’m 31, live super clean, love early morning slogs at gym/Crossfit, eat pretty healthy and work full time. Not massive on parties at home but love to be social and enjoy adventure. I look forward to meeting you!
