I’m a full-time accountant working in Georgetown.

I’m usually out during the day on weekdays, and on weekends I spend a lot of time at the gym, so I’m rarely at home. I keep a quiet and low-key routine. I only cook once or twice a week and always clean the kitchen & toilet straight after use. I’m tidy, respectful of shared spaces, and easy to live with.

I’m looking for a share house with ideally 3 - 4 people in total (including me). My preferred locations are Mayfield, Waratah, Hamilton, or nearby suburbs, as they’re convenient for work. Ideally, there is easy street parking available near the house.

I’m hoping to find a clean, calm, and respectful household and am happy to chat or meet to see if we’re a good fit.
