I have a lovely house full of furniture I can bring or store. I can cook. I am clean, tidy and keep to myself but am happy to have a chat and a glass of wine. Would prefer to live with people I consider friends and not just Flatmates.
Hi, I’m Jerome and I am looking to move closer to the beach in Newcastle. I currently work a full-time job in healthcare. I have lived out of home for eight years. As a tenant/housemate, I always clean up after myself and care for the property as if it were my own. In my spare time, I like to exercise, surf, eat fries and spend time with my friends. I enjoy living with people that are professional, positive and funny. Please feel free to get in touch if you have a room available or would like to team up. Jerome
I live a super busy life style so I’m looking for a place that is relaxed and homey. I study twice a week work 6 nights and 5 days a week. I’m barely ever home, but on my down time I like to excercise or relax with a cup of tea! I love to cook and always keep my house hold tidy. I’m currently living in Adamstown but looking to move out ASAP
I am a very tidy quiet living person who believes in working hard & being respectful to people of all backgrounds & nationalities. Non smoker but enjoys the occasional tipple. I have no pets but love animals. Friendly with a great sense of humour.
We are a young, independant & mature couple, we both work a lot through the week (I work in Real Estate, Adam works with ALDI). We’d say we’re very tidy & love coming home to a clean house - we’ve always loved making our home look decent. We love the outdoors and always up for an adventure/day out. We are looking to team up with somebody/another couple to move into a place by around the 10th of June. We’d be after somebody who is like-minded, respectful, not a big drinker, tidy, etc. We’d love to hear back from you! :)
Hey! We are both currently studying to become teachers and both work part time/casual. We are into anything outdoors, beach, walks/adventures but are also happy to lounge around the house on the odd lazy/rainy day and play some board games or settle in for some A+ Netflix show with some drinks and snacks. Neat and tidy and respect others privacy as we do enjoy ours. We are keen to find someone/a couple to find a space with so send me a message if this sounds like it suits what you are after :).
I'm 25 and work part-time in retail, a lot of my other time is spent out of the house as I volunteer at a few different art galleries around the place. Looking for a pretty chill house, I'm not one to have crowds over or parties and am interested in a kinda similar house.
Hey there! I am a 24 year old who just got her dream marketing job in Newy! I am neat, tidy and considerate anywhere I live. Love a glass of wine on a Friday night and enjoy hanging out at home and with friends. I have a 4 year old Cattle Dog named Nala, who is an absolute sweetheart and very good guard dog! Shes not aggressive and loves to be around people. I am looking for somewhere where I can have her! Or to be with someone who would be interested in teaming up and wont mind having her around! I have an entire house worth of furniture, but would be happy to move into somewhere established. Pretty easy going, and loves to have a good time. If you would be interested in teaming up or just to have a chat please feel free to send me a message. Cheers!
Hey! I'm a 2nd year bachelor student of Law in University of Groningen (Netherlands) and coming to Australia for my exchange program abroad. I'm very neat, friendly and can cook some amazing Mediterranean food. I would really like to share a place close to University of Newcastle since I'll be attending there the 2nd semester. I'm very tidy so there won't be any problems with dirt or clutter. Also I don't mind if you have a pet (as long as it's not a spider or smth). Looking for the Joey(s) to my Chandler ^.^
Hi Future Flatmates!, I’m moving to Newcastle to finish off my medical studies at the John Hunter Hospital. If all goes to plan I should graduate at the end of 2019, so I’m looking for a place I could possibly stay for the next 18 months, or at least until the end of this year. I am on exchange right now in Bergen, Norway until the 19th June. I’d be looking to move in from around the 23rd June. I’ve spent the first three years of my degree studying up in Armidale, NSW and so I’m really looking forward to living near the beach soon! It is also my first time living in Newcastle, so it would be great to be shown around to all of the good places. Apart from that I love being outdoors, staying active and trying to new places to eat (I’m a vegetarian). I’m also easy going; and a clean and tidy person. If you have any more questions just let me know. Unfortunately, I won’t have time to come and visit beforehand, but I’m happy to answer any questions and can skype to meet-up beforehand and organise any logistics. Looking forward to your response!
Looking for somewhere in Newcastle/Lake Macquarie that is pet friendly. I have a medium size dog who is super friendly and lovable, he has never destroyed or damaged anything and he is available for cuddles anytime you need. I also have a a heap of furniture, lounge, dining table, coffee table, dryer, washing machine, lawn mower and whipper snipper etc. I work full time, very reliable pays all bills before there due date! :)
I am a 20 year old Uni student currently living on university campus but looking for a more quiet and relaxed place to live as I am studying towards a scholarship and not a big party person. I am clean and tidy and for the most part like to keep to myself but I am looking for flatmates that I can become friendly with.
Hey guys. Im looking to move down to Newcastle from Taree to start studying at university while also working part time. I currently live with my father who is a chef so he's not very often in the house leaving me to fend for myself. This has left me a very easy person to live with as I'm clean, enjoy my time to myself but also love being sociable with my housemates. I regularly housesit so I've gotten the gist of living out of home and what it includes AKA doing your own washing, cleaning etc. I would love a housemate/housemates that enjoy personal space but also love to socialise with the house and enjoy a laugh or a movie. My life has had a strong part in sport as well so i could be travelling home to play so I could be away some weekends not only to play sport but to visit my family.
Hi I’m Cameron. I work full time as a surveyor. In my spare time I love to surf, go for runs, and walk my Labrador Luna. Also I enjoy both watching and playing the cricket and rugby. I’m easy going, clean and respectful. Luna is well trained, doesn’t bark, and is well socialised with other dogs. She is not an indoor dog and respects peoples space. Looking for house mates with similar traits. Interested in a social house (sharing a beer together of a weekend), but also like to do own thing too.
Hi! Just moved from Melbourne and working full time Monday-Friday 30 mins from central Newcastle. I enjoy the beach, camping, hiking, live music, exercise and trying to live a healthy lifestyle with a splash here and there of chocolate and nachos! I’ve lived with housemates for 9 years & on my own for a year so would love to live with some friendly, sociable people who look out for each other but also enjoy their quiet time too. Look forward to hearing from you :)
Chilled 31 year old looking to join a social household with other like-minded humans. Respectful of others privacy and space, also happy to cook for the house fam and have a drink/watch a movie etc on occasion. My interests are music, film, literature and environmental sustainability. I will be studying full time at Newcastle Uni (Communications) and working part time. I do have a friendly 10 year old indoor cat - uses his litter and scratching post without fuss. I'm clean, tidy and a perfect housemate (in my opinion) :)
Is your home a blissful, amazing sanctuary that lights up your heart? Is the granny flat, converted shed or self-contained something on your property calling for a loving, creative, grounded & balanced being to inhabit it? Hi, I'm Jen. After many years of house sharing I feel a longing to have a space to call my own. However, I believe we are meant to exist in community, so I'd love to share the land & cost of overheads with organically minded, earth conscious & energy conscious people. A snapshot of me: I'm 36 and work in a variety of fields in the Arts, Self-development & Event Management fields. Last year I returned to my home town of Newcastle after over a decade away of job pursuits & I'm happy to be back & closer to friends, family & the beach. I enjoy my work as Studio Manager of an Art Studio in Wallsend, alongside building my own business as a Shamanic Womancrafter, Life Doula, Artist, Healer & Teacher, running women's circles & currently studying the women's mysteries & spiritual practises. I want to be radically honest here about who I am. For some, what I just wrote may seem a bit far out or 'hippy', but I hope for the right people, you'll read between the lines & feel what I'm about. I'm caring, empathetic, motivated, logical & got my feet firmly on the ground! Apart from all the usual 'fully house trained' stuff (even considered a bit of a handy-woman & come with tools to help with odd jobs & repairs around the house), I come with a fur child. Elkie is my 14yr old, female tabby cat. She's super chilled, doesn't wander very far, spends most of her time sleeping on my bed & loves a good chat. My wish list - We're longing for a self-contained space that is quiet & safe - Window & doors screened for mozzie protection - Separate bedroom to the living space would be ideal - Loads of natural light & air flow - Grass, tree's & nature are my daily medicine, so some greenery would be amazing - Bath & air con are luxury items I would thank the stars for! - Space for my art studio/office set up - Storage for my camping stuff, bits & pieces - Kitchen I can create in - No more than a 30min drive from Wallsend would be preferred & close to a water source would be magic! - Unfurnished, as I have everything. There are so many different types of properties, homes, families & living arrangements out there, so if any of this has kept you reading so far & you've got something that might suit, I'd love to hear from you. I know the perfect sanctuary exists! I look forward to meeting you.
I’m always out and about so you probably won’t see me that often unless I’m hungry, im tidy and quiet. I’m easily approachable and easy to get along with. I’m trying to move back to Newcastle from Melbourne. I’m actually fun, I just don’t know how to write a bio And like I smoke cigs but I can not do that at the house if you want idc
I easy going, mature and respectful. Don't let my age deter you, I'm young at heart. I'm well travelled and happy to talk about most things. I'm not looking for a party house, rather a tranquil place to return home to. I have a thirst for life and humanity, by that I mean, people matter! I happy to pitch in and do my share of household chores and up keep of the home. I'm comfortable with pets. You won't find a better chilled out room mate. I enjoy walks, deep conversations, music, culture, spirituality, sport, and more, however I do like my own space Off street parking for my motorcycle would be ideal, but not totally essential. I'm looking to move in at the end of June, but keen to secure somewhere as soon as possible, and happy to pay a larger bond, if necessary. I look forward to hearing from you, male or female. David
Both moving from Darwin to Newcastle in mid June. Both working full time; Kirsten’s an Exercise Physiolgist and Steve’s an electrician. We are looking for a 2/3 bedroom house, preferably a garage and parking available. Please feel free to contact if you know of a home similar. Thank you 😊
I am a really friendly and caring person. I work hard and take pride in myself and my work. I am a great team player. I work as a barber full time. I enjoy going to the gym, anything creative, cooking and spending time with friends.
