Hi, I'm Diane and working full time in Hospitality. I enjoy going to the beach or do an outdoor activities if I'm not working. I love camping too! I'm so easy to get a long with, I know how to respect someone's privacy but always keen for a chat and laugh over nibbles and wine. Very sociable and polite, and pretty cool to jive with any ages and gender. I'm also keen for team up with maximum 4 tenants, male/female. Looking for a long term occupancy.
Yo! I’m Josh and I’m 23 years old. I’ve just moved up to Newcastle from Melbourne in the last 2 months. I work full time in the railways and also study on top which is all home based. Between work and studying I’m kept pretty busy but aside from that I’m a pretty lively person. I love cooking good food with people, taking care of a garden (if there is one!), hanging out with a drink and surfing or just going to the beach. I do consider myself quite respectful and very considerate of other people I’m living with, who I like to spend time with while I’m not too busy!
Hello! We're a young (23 & 26) working couple looking for a room around Merewether and Cooks Hill area. We're both super social and are after some like minded housemates in a house near the beach. Some things we like to get up to that keep us sane include surfing, playing/listening to music and hitting up great food and bar joints. We're not the kind of couple to just keep to ourselves, we're used to living with people we can hangout, watch movies or have drinks with when we're all around, so our non-negotiables are social and tidy housemates like ourselves, and a place that's near the beach. Unfortunately our landlord is selling so we're looking to move asap. I know that some people are skeptical about renting to couples but we're really chilled and great to live, which our current housemates can attest to with a reference if you like! If we sound alright and you have a room available that would suit our description then feel free to send us a message. The closer to the beach the more bonus points! Alexandra and Johan
Hola, I'm Brielle I'm moving to Newcastle for work and am currently applying for 2-3 bedroom homes and apartments that are around the $400 per week mark in the Newcastle area. I've been living out of home and on my own for the past 3 years, I have my own furniture and internet. I'm currently looking for someone who would be interested in moving in with me and sharing the rent! If this sounds like you, please contact me via email - I'm a friendly working professional in my 20's (wise beyond my years) super respectful of people's privacy as I love my own alone time but am also quite a social butterfly so I would love a flat mate who's up for the occasional drink, platter and banter. In my spare time I love going for ocean swims, doing yoga and meditations, having a drink, catching up with fam and friends, watering my plants.. napping... the list goes on. I'm super tidy and respectful and I love being able to come home to a clean, happy and calm environment
I’m a laid back kind of girl that loves camping and off-roading. I drive to Sydney every weekend to visit my family otherwise I’m working part time mostly day shifts, I am trustworthy, loyal and I’m always here if you need help My best friend will be with me as well, he’s gonna be staying with me a few nights a week. I also have a 2yo male staffy that might potential join me in Newcastle if that doesn’t bother anyone, my parents can look after him if I am unable to
We both are easy to get along with and fun people! We like to cook and play games off all sorts, we both work all week and we are clean and respectful. We have one dog and he loves people but he is just as respectful. We can’t wait to get out there!
I'm a classical pianist and piano teacher, moving back to Ncle after a few years in Sydney. I have a cat, not a lot of furniture (I'm a regular purger of 'stuff'), and two motorbikes I'd want to keep off-street. Fairly quiet, (except for playing the piano), I prefer books and the garden and outdoor activity to being indoors watching TV. I don't watch commercial TV (hate ads), nor listen to commercial radio, but will happily binge a good show on Netflix, or listen to ABC radio or music while about the house. Currently I'm also applying for places to rent on my own, into which I'd bring a flatmate, and once I'm back north I'll be looking into the investment property market.
I currently live in Port Macquarie 2 hours north of newy and am relocating to find work as a beauty therapist and for uni to start in July. Looking for a place early April though my move in date is flexible. I’m friendly and pretty laid back. I work hard but when not at work I’m generally at the beach, gym or relaxing at home. I also enjoy occasional drinks and a night out but am respectful and won’t bring the party home.
My name is Sarah, I currently live on campus at the University of Newcastle. I'm looking to move off with like minded people who preferably are vegetarian, enjoy yoga/exercise in general, hanging out together and occasionally going out over the weekend. Am really interested in teaming up with a maximum of 4 people, and getting a nice place together! I look forward to hearing from you 😊
I’m 21years old and my partner Dylan is 26, we are both currently employed full time and looking for somewhere to live in Newcastle as We are transitioning up from the central coast. We are friendly and outgoing but at the same time enjoy our personal space. We are well presented and clean, Niether of us have any pets and We generally spend our days at work or out and about going for dinners and seeing our friends , so majority of our time spent at the house would be in the evenings. Our preference is to share with another couple but would consider any reasonabl offer in saying that so if this add sounds like it could work for you then feel free to message us or contact us for any further information. We Look forward to hearing from you! ☺️
Clean and tidy. Happy to socialise with housemates but also respectful of others space and privacy. Happy to cook for my house fam occasionally if you may be so inclined, but also fine to keep this separate. I have full time employment and work tradie hours. Chilled and easy going girl looking for like minded housemates. Into music, film, art. I do have an intensely friendly Siamese cat who is very cute but quite strange. That’s my only catch and the only thing that doesn’t make me a absolutely perfect housemate ✌🏻
I easy going, mature and respectful, don't let my age deter you, I'm young at heart. I'm well travelled and happy to talk about most things. I'm not looking for a party house, rather a tranquil place to return home to. I have a thirst for life and humanity, by that I mean, people matter! I happy to pitch in and do my share of household chores and up keep of the home. I'm comfortable with pets. You won't find a better chilled out room mate. I enjoy walks, deep conversations, music, culture, spirituality, sport, and more, however I do like my own space Off street parking for my motorcycle would be ideal, but not totally essential. I'm looking to move in at the end of June, but keen to secure somewhere as soon as possible, and happy to pay a larger bond, if necessary. I look forward to hearing from you, male or female. David
Heyy! Me and my buddy James are searching for a third housemate to team up with. We are both Environmental Science students at Newcastle University and work on a part time basis. We're both sociable and would prefer to live with someone who is keen to hangout. However, we also value personal space, especially as the Uni semester begins to pick up.
Hi guys, my name's Daniel and over in Newcastle for a new job. I'm a pilot from Perth and am a really practical and down to Earth kind of guy. I love new experiences and lead an active lifestyle so enjoy getting out for a run, swim, hike/camp, travelling or sampling different local beers. I don't smoke and I won't be bringing any kids or pets and will gladly help out around the place and tend to be pretty clean myself. Just a heads up, there will be days where I will be up getting ready (as quietly as possible) for those early flights at about 4am or back about 10pm. I've been in Newy for about 2 months now and looking for something a bit more permanent. The ideal location would also have a supermarket, some cafes and maybe a pub/bar or two within walking distance but I am pretty easy. I prefer something on my own up to a share house with a maximum of 4 occupants and am pretty clean and very considerate myself. So if you happen to have a room with a bed and think I may be a good fit, please feel free to contact me. Cheers! Dan
Hey I’m Victoria, I’m from Canberra moving to Newcastle to start a job on the 9th of April - looking to move down on the 30-31 March. I am looking to team up with 2 female housemates and find our own cool place to call home. I’ll be working full time Monday to Friday so prefer to live with somone who works similar hours. I’ve got furniture to fill a whole house including a spare bed so want to bring everything with me if possible!!! Everything is brand new appliances, TV the works. A bit about me; - I love a beer after work and even more on the weekends. - I’m a keen snowboarder so hoping to switch it up for a surfboard. - I’m loud and try to be funny but you’ll spend more time laughing at my clumsiness than my jokes - I’m mad about live music.. faves are sticky fingers and jungle giants - I have a puppy named Braxton he’s a small English Staffy and the best trained dog you will ever meet because I’m a tough love kinda mum. (He will be coming with me) - I’m super clean freak so don’t mind me when I clean up after you Overall I’m pretty keen to get down and find a sick place and make some new friends soooo.... Hopefully you read this and think wow what a cool lass, let’s team up and find a rad house we can call our own ;) Open to live anywhere that’s cute, happy to pay more for the master room.
I'm a great people person, very easy to get along with. I have a happy disposition and a great smile that I like to use as often as possible, a bit of a neat freak (classic Virgo !) and I'm pretty quiet these days, not a party girl. Everyone that I know seems to think that I'm a rely nice person, I just hope that's a majority wins thing, I think I would make a great house mate so don't discount me without a chat first :)
Hello future potential roomies! So i'm an apprentice baker. I work 4am - 11:30am most days (will bring home a loaf of bakers delight bread daily lol) Would be happy with any locations within 5-10km's of kotara. I have a son who i spend time with every second weekend so I most likely wont be home every second weekend. I dont mind a social beverage most evenings. Love my netflix!
Very clean tidy and respectful. Personal trainer/jack of all trades, handy around the house. Bright positive personality. Keep pretty quiet mostly but I’m also pretty social. Enjoy spending time with friends, working on cars or building projects. Will get on/in anything with wheels or a motor, or both. Enjoy the beach, shopping and dinning out.
Hey I’m Loz 😋 I’m 21 and work full time in retail. I currently live in a share house in Belmont but am looking for somewhere a little closer to the beaches and town. I also don’t drive, so living close to bus routes is an essential for me. I'm super easy to get along with! I'm very social, love going out and about with friends for lunches or some drinks on the weekend, but I also love my down time too - binge watching tv shows or listening to music. Please feel free to message me if you want to know anything else 😀
I'm outgoing, tidy, fun and respectful. I love to be outdoors so I'll spend most of my time out exploring or checking out the beach, or at the gym. I'll spend a few of my days off in Port Macquarie as well, as that is where my family and doggo will be if I can't find somewhere with her down here :) I've had houseshare experience and love meeting new people. I'm a shift worker in the mines so won't be home all that much. On night shifts I'll most likely stay in Singleton as well to save that tired drive through traffic.
Hi! Looking to find a roommate for myself and my lovely Golden retriever x Labrador Max ( He's not a barker unless he feels there is intruders, isn't a digger and will give you endless affection every time he sees you). I am a clean and tidy person and respectable of other tennants. Im a bubbly, social, friendly, easy to get along person with but also but understand other peoples personal space. I work full time for a Training organisation in Student Relations and as a Youth Worker so I am gone from 8am till 5pm and when I get home from work I like to take my dog to the beach or for a run so am only usually home at night. I enjoy a couple drinks here and there but because of my busy work and study load I am not looking for an party house during the weekdays. Any questions or if you're looking to team up and find a place, please feel free to message me :)
I've just returned home after travelling and working in Canada for the past 4 months and am looking for a place in Newcastle to set up camp. Hoping to find somewhere with 2 or 3 others within 5-10 minutes of the beach and town. The closer the better. I am working full time as a Civil Engineer and plan to stay around Newcastle indefinitely. I am very social and hope to move in with people that don't mind hanging out after work and have the occasional Sunday family roast. I love the outdoors and anything sport. I am currently playing soccer but am looking to join some social sports teams whether it be touch, Oztag, mixed netball, or pretty much anything. So if you have a team and you need an extra player I am your man. I have lived in share houses for the last 8 years so I know the drill. I'm all about doing my part and helping out with the chores. Id consider myself fairly neat and tidy. If you think I'd be a good fit into your place please shoot me a text or email. Cheers, Josh
