Very easy to get on with. Clean and tidy. Working full-time Monday to Friday. I like going to the beach and playing soccer Not into clubbing but I don't mind the odd night out. I have a company Ute so I would need somewhere to park it close by.
Hi guys In desperate need for a place! I am arriving in Newcastle on Wed (23.08) and am still looking for a place from shortly afterwards. Bit about me: 26, German, lived the last years in the Netherlands and the UK. I am tidy, used to living with flatmates (9 flatmates was my record so far), non-smoker. I love heading to the gym, beach, festivals, but also chilled Netflix eves. Other than that, I am social and easy-going. Just drop me a message if you think I may fit in or if you wanna know more! Also, i am pretty flexible regarding length of the stay and furniture - furnished would be best but not necessary (though you may have some fun watching me assembling furniture :D )
Hi! I'm Ariel and I'm currently working full time at the university. I'm super friendly and tidy, and have a sweet mature-aged French bulldog named Jinny. I grew up in country NSW before moving to Newy. I love dabbling in anything arty, chilling at home with some Netflix and doggy cuddles. My work hours always change, but always up for a chat!
Hi all! I am a single, 25 year old, professional looking for a one or two bedroom unit, studio apartment or granny flat in the Newcastle area. I have two well-behaved, outdoor dogs, so I would need a pet-friendly place with an enclosed, secure yard. I work full time in the CBD in a permanent Government position. I like my own space so I am not looking to share. I am tidy, clean and financially responsible. I'm happy to sign a 6 or 12 month lease for the right property. Please contact me if you have a suitable property. Thanks :)
I am friendly, easy going, tidy, independent. I like my own space but also like to be social. I am a morning person, I like to do yoga and I walk a lot. I am a vegetarian and enjoy eating out. I don't drink or party much. I am single and work 2 jobs, a day and night job so not home much. :)
Moving to full time employment at Westfield Kotara and hoping to find a place to stay closer to work. Busy lifestyle means I do enjoy my quiet nights in (but I love a drink or two here and there!) LGBT+ friendly and non smoker.
I'm a Newcastle University student looking for a place closer to campus. From the coast & keen to meet new people and try new things. Roomies must be open for midnight snack runs and unplanned adventure, or at least able to tolerate them occuring. No unsolicited calls. This constitutes immediate refusal to conduct business and earns my eternal ire.
I am a 26-year-old male looking to find a room/studio in the Newcastle region for the next six months to year. I am a considerate individual who respects shared and personal space, as well as maintaining a clean shared living area. As a professional in my field I spend some of my free time studying and building my professional development, but also enjoy being very social and enjoying my down time playing competitive sports, travelling, and catching up with friends. I am a social drinker on the weekends, however spend most of them in Sydney for Sports. I am looking to move into a residence with like minded, easy going people.
Hey prospective housemate, I am a current PhD student at the University of Newcastle. Originally from India and am looking for a place to shift to by the end of the year when my current contract ends. Shy at first but very easy to get along with. I also keep to myself every now and then so I wont be one of those pestering housemates :-p. I love to travel, watch movies / tv shows (any GOT fans?), cooking, enjoying a couple of drinks and spontaneous plans! I'm looking for a room to rent around $200-$250 with potentially all bills and WiFi (high speed) included. I like to keep things/house very clean hence would be willing to help out with the keep up of the house as and when required. Hope to find someone and of similar like and interests. Feel free to drop me a message and we can organize a time to catch up and discuss further! Cheers!! Anish
I'm a very respectful, nice, clean and easy to live with person, I'm currently studying a retail course online and looking for a job, I receive Centrelink payments fortnightly and am receiving financial help from my grandparents (until I have a job) so paying rent, food and bills will be no problem, I also have my own furniture (for a bedroom) and can also bring towels and cutlery if needed, I'm currently living with my grandparents but need to move asap as they've started renovating their house and soon there will be no room for me, I don't smoke and only drink on some weekends with friends if we go out, I have a boyfriend of one year so would need somewhere that it's fine for him to visit and stay over night a couple times a week, he's a very nice and respectful guy and wouldn't cause any disturbances, he wouldn't eat any of the food in the house, and overall wouldn't cause any problems, I'm very much into makeup and have an extensive collection, I love making new friends but also love having time to myself, I'm great at organising stuff and cleaning so will be great help around the house and I would love to help cook too depending on if the household likes to make one specific dinner for everyone or we all just make our own thing, I love animals so will be fine if the house I move too has them, I'm very easy to get a long with and very respectful of people's space.
I am a 19 year old apprentice beautician who is respectful of others and I know what it is like to live in a share house environment. I am clean and tidy and very easy to get along with. I like cooking, watching movies and going to music gigs. ps I don't smoke but do not have a problem with others smoking.
I am looking for the best 1-2 house mates in Newcastle to start a new share house. Open to options in dynamics. Ideally looking to find something between Adamstown - Hamilton or there about with a small yard for BBQ, herbs + Fruit Trees etc. I am looking for a house share with people who want to make the house a home, working full time or studying and secure, social, respectful, have the ability to clean (not OCD either), pay the bills and are generally happy in life. Im open to move date - just looking for the right people + place. I am happy for a team up to find a place together and already have a few substantial house items. Happy to discuss on the phone and meet in person.
Myself and a friend have just been approved for a house on Glebe rd, Adamstown and are looking for a third roommate to move in with us!! We are both female 21 yr old students who are pretty quiet but also love to socialise If you think you might be interested pm me and I'll give you more details :)
I am currently living on the Central Coast. I am originally from Newcastle and looking to move back as I am considering studying next year. I work full time managing a cafe (weekdays). I'm a tidy, easy going housemate who enjoys socialising, eating good food and a wine or two.
I moved from newcastle to sydney in february and am wanting to come back to be closer to family and to study. I am very independant and quite mature for my age. I am clean and tidy and enjoy a quiet drink. Ive been working 50 hours a week so im looking for somewhere affordable so i can cut my hours down and balance the uni-work lifestyle.
I'm a 26 year old Aussie originally from Newcastle, looking to make a return to town for a decent amount of time after backpacking around Europe and New Zealand for the last 4 or so months. I'm a fun loving guy who enjoys festivals, travelling, gym, camping and just all in all having a good time. I am living in New Zealand until September, and have pretty much secured my old bar job for when I come back. Looking for an immediate move in from mid September!
I'm fun, friendly and very laid back. I like clean and tidy and like company but also understand and respect the importance of personal space. I'm new to Newcastle and currently am working 2 jobs while taking a gap year at uni. Looking to live with people/s who are just as friendly and fun as me. Not fussy about gender. Cheers!
Hi my name is Eliza. I am a fourth year Physio student and I've been on clinical placement this year. I am returning to Newcastle to finish my final semester and I'm looking for a place to stay!I am clean, easygoing and respectful of others. I enjoy socialising with housemates as well as having some time alone. Ideally I'm looking for a furnished room to stay in from mid August to mid November.
Sara! I'm a full time Radiography student at the uni and also working part time in retail at Charlestown. I'm an avid nana who thoroughly enjoys sitting on the lounge with a beer/wine/cuppa, a mindless to show on as background noise, and a blanket over my lap while I crochet. I also have a pet bird named Pascal. She's a tiny ball of sass who loves to pretend she's in charge. I'm looking for either an established house I can slot in to or to team up with some peeps in an adventure to find a place together. Whichever it is, I wanna do it ASAP because I thoroughly dislike my current housemates. I come complete with a dining table, two lounges, and pretty much everything required for a kitchen (except a fridge/microwave) . Hit me up if you wanna meet over a coffee or beer and we can chat!
Hi, I'm Jen. I'm a warm, positive, responsible, proactive individual looking for a new place to call home. I'm 35 and work in a variety of fields in part time positions doing business admin & in a freelance capacity in Event Management & the Arts. I enjoy sharing good, healthy food & meal times, a vino & vibrant conversation with those I live with & honour the space we all need to be happy. I have a passion for yoga, dance, art, authenticity, expression & expanding my inner & outer worlds whenever possible. I've just returned to my home town of Newcastle after over a decade away of job pursuits & adventure. I’m happy to be back & closer to friends, family & the beach. I’ve lived in large share houses & in duo’s, both have their pro’s & con’s – but the right mix is essential for a happy house. Space is important to me, inside & out, so no small apartments will cut the mustard. I've got furniture & appliances to contribute to the house & I'm completely house trained (am a bit of a handy-woman & even come with tools to help with odd jobs around the house). I enjoy living with mature, clean, positive & professional adults with a secure disposition that have their work⁄life⁄fun balance down pat. I've got a super friendly, indoor 13yr old female tabby cat. She's awesome company, spends most of the time sleeping on my bed & is a real gem of a furry friend, you're going to love her. I'm hoping to share space with conscious, connected people that want to create a home, not just a house to live in. Art is my life blood so a space to create is also a must in my new abode (perhaps the garage or a sunroom for example), I know the perfect home is out there! Look forward to meeting you Chat soon Jen
I moved up to Newcastle from Goulburn NSW about three months ago and would like to move into a share house or something along those lines very soon. I'm a hairdresser and makeup artist by trade but am working as a barber. I'm super easy to get along with, very clean and organised, quite out going and lots of fun to be around. A very positive person that is very respectful of others around me. I love good music and chilling out with rad people. I'm just a super happy kid! 😊
I am always up for a chat and I always cover my ends ahead of time. I work most days in town but either side of that I am always up for a laugh and a good time, be it cooking up a bbq or just having a few drinks with some good company. I am extremely tidy and rarely loud. Anything else you want to know just ask.
