Hi, I’m Changmin from South Korea, currently in Melbourne on a working holiday visa. I’m working at a warehouse and also as a barista.

I’m clean and respectful, especially with shared spaces like the kitchen and bathroom. I have plenty of share house experience and get along well with people — I’m friendly, easygoing, and always mindful of others’ privacy.

I don’t smoke. At home, I enjoy cooking, making coffee, and relaxing. I also love visiting local cafes and exploring the city on my days off.

I’m looking for a private room in a tidy, friendly home — ideally with bills included and under $260 per week. I’d prefer somewhere near Southern Cross Station, or at least close to a train station or free tram zone for an easy commute. Once I find a room, I’ll need about 2 weeks’ notice before moving in due to my current lease.
