Hi, my name is Ollie, I am 26 years old, I am seeking a room from mid to late January, ideally for a 12-month stay.

I work full-time as a Design Engineer on salary, and also work casually in FOH a few nights per week so my income is pretty stable and consistent.

I am currently sharehousing and have two years’ experience renting solo and three years in share houses. I am pretty accustomed to maintaining a home environment, staying on top of cleaning, household upkeep, bills, and respecting shared and personal spaces.

Lifestyle-wise, I’m pretty low-key, I rarely drink, don’t smoke or use drugs, don’t have any pets and am pretty easygoing, communicative, and respectful as a housemate.

Outside of work, I stay active through gym, running, beach walks, cooking/meal prep and music.
