My name is Ollie, I am 26 years old, I am seeking a room from mid to late January, ideally for a 12-month stay.

I work full-time as a Design Engineer on salary, and also work casually in FOH a few nights per week. I maintain a stable routine and consistent income.

I am currently shareholding and have two years’ experience renting solo and three years in share houses. I am comfortable maintaining a home environment, staying on top of cleaning, household upkeep, bills, and respecting shared and personal spaces.

Lifestyle-wise, I lead a low-key and responsible lifestyle. I rarely drink, do not smoke or use drugs, don’t have any pets and am easygoing, communicative, and respectful as a housemate.

Outside of work, I stay active through gym, running, beach walks, cooking/meal prep, music and exploring new places
