Two friends; a 48 year-old woman who enjoys swimming, cooking and painting & a 37 year-old man who enjoys gaming, trail riding & fishing wanting 2 private rooms ( ~$300 budget per room) in a share house, own bathroom a bonus. Alternatively a large studio or granny flat is also suitable ~$600. We have no pets & we are non-smokers. Our house vibe is chilled, easy-going, and happy plus clean tidy and respectful.
