Hi! I’m Emma, from Leeds in the UK. I am a teacher working out near Tallawong (last stop on the metro line). On a weekday, I’m usually chilling watching TV, at the gym or out and about with friends. I usually like to make the most of my weekends by either going beach, finding new walks/hikes to do, going out for food and drinks or even weekend away somewhere from time to time. and I like to have a drink at the weekend.

I’m a well rounded person who is easy to live with - looking for someone who is similar, always up for a chat and down to chill from time to time :) Looking to live with people that are like-minded, social, laid back, respectful and share similar values.

Since I have secured a full-time years contract at my school, I am looking to live somewhere closer to work - I would consider north Sydney, crows nest, Chatswood, north Ryde, cherrybrooke, Macquarie park, Epping and castle hill. Also any other places that aren’t too far walk from a metro line I would consider if the place is good value for money.

Available to move in from 25th January, ideally within a couple weeks of this date but can be flexible around dates. Looking for somewhere ideally until the end of 2026 but would also consider shorter lengths of stay. Budget is around $350 including bills.
