I’m looking for a room to rent from the end of May for a longer term lease of at least 6 months. I’m looking for something NOR, the closer to Joondalup the better, preferably with female housemates. I have a budget of $250-$300pw. (Up to $350 with bills included)

I’m 28yrs old and a full time vet nurse. I usually tend to keep to myself in the evenings after work but I’m always down for a hangout on weekends either at beach, a cute cafe, a little cocktail bar or just chilling at home.

I’m clean, quiet and responsible. I’m not a big party animal and I don’t smoke. I love going on runs and lounging on the beach in summer. I normally spend my free time at the gym, curled up in the sun with a book or playing chill cosy video games (I have an embarrassing number of hours on Stardew Valley).

I have a 3yr old indoor-only cat, who is all beauty and no brains, so a pet-friendly household is a must. He grew up with a small dog as a best friend, so given a slow introduction should be happy living with other pets, dogs included.
