My name’s Nick, I’m 29 and work full time as a Project Manager in the physical security industry.

I live a pretty balanced lifestyle. Outside of work I spend a lot of time staying active with gym, running, beach and getting outdoors - which keeps my routine pretty structured during the week. I also enjoy the quieter side of things like catching up for a coffee, coastal walks, or relaxing with a movie after work.

I appreciate a home that feels comfortable and easy to live in. I’m very clean, respectful of shared spaces, and considerate of other people’s routines. I enjoy a friendly household where everyone gets along and has a chat now and then, but also respects each other’s space.
