I’m 32 years old and currently on my second Working Holiday Visa in Australia.

I’m looking for a room in Perth, ideally in Fremantle or close to the Perth–Fremantle train line, as I mainly work in this area. AIR CON on the room not negotiable 🙏.

I work full-time in construction (bricklaying), often with long working days, and I also give boxing classes on the side. I have a stable income and a regular routine.

I’m a calm, respectful and discreet person. I don’t party and I value a clean, quiet and peaceful home. That said, I’m easygoing and social, and I get along well with others.

I’m reliable, responsible and used to shared living. I’m looking for a long-term place where everyone respects each other.
