My partner and I (both mid-20s) are looking to team up with like-minded people to rent a place together or join an existing sharehouse from early next year.
About Us:
We’re both young professionals – responsible, clean, and respectful of shared spaces.
We work full-time and are usually out during the day.
We’re social and happy to have a chat or share dinner occasionally, but also appreciate downtime and privacy.
Non-smokers, no pets
We come with good rental history, references, and stable income.
We’re Looking For:
A 2–3 bedroom place to team up for, or an existing house with a suitable room.
Preferably with others who are working professionals or mature students.
Respectful, tidy and considerate housemates who value a calm, friendly home environment.
We do have a car and would ideally hope for street parking or covered parking

Budget around $300 - 500 per week each (flexible depending on place).
