Hello, I'm Jiyun from South Korea. Currently I'm a barista and am going to Brisbane on the 13/10 I'm looking for a private room with an ensuit or own bathroom would be preferable, but I don't mind sharing a bathroom with one other person. My moving date is 16/10, but it can be flexible. About myself I have had an experience of a flat/house share in Dublin for 3 months. I'm tidy. Actually I enjoy cleaning my own area. No matter how busy I am in the morning I always make my bed before going to work. I'm basically a quiet person but if you want to hang out with me I'll gladly join you. Also I respect others privacy. Hope I get a message from you! Cheers :) P.S. It's okay if you own a dog or a cat. I like them both and I had a dog 6 years ago. P.P.S If the room is loacated in Zone 1 and close to the train station it would be great.
I'm 23 & work in marketing at an events company in Ascot. I'm very tidy, generally keep to myself during the week, but always happy to socialise & watch a bit of netflix or have a few wines.
I am a yoga teacher and wellness specialist (working with PTSD/trauma/high-stress occupations) looking at making the move back to Brisbane from the Sunshine Coast. I have a beautiful, 5y/o husky who loves people but as a rescue pup, doesn't do well with other dogs in the same space. She's fluffy, but I make sure I clean up after her. (Outside-only dog - I know people always say that, but this is actually very true). I also have a sweet, quite timid inside-only cat (so she's clean) who will probably hide a lot of the time until she gets to know people. I'm clean, super-respectful of space and boundaries, am not a partier but can enjoy a wine or two over good conversation. I'm friendly and love when I live with people I can get along with. I'm reliable with bills and a good communicator. Bonus: I also come with an espresso coffee machine! I also have white goods (can be stored elsewhere if necessary) and super comfy lounge suite (can confirm: best napping couch!) Since I own my own business, I will need space at least in the bedroom for my desk if not an extra area where possible. I'm generally pretty busy and focused on my work. When I'm not doing that, I'm out at yoga (doing or teaching), walking the dog, being active (just getting into indoor rock climbing), finding a park to chill out and read in, etc etc. My move date is just dependent on finding the right place. Let me know if you have any other questions :)
I’m a neat, clean, calm, and tidy person who respects the privacy of others and always pay my bills instantly. I like to go out, watch a movie or just chill with friends. Also do I like to cook and do sports such as soccer, swimming, riding my bike and going to the gym.
I'm Pretty easy going and easy to get along with, been very busy with work and study but I love hanging out and spending time with flatmates. Always up to have some beer and a good chat. In my free time I like watching netflix, going to the gym and riding my beloved bicycle.
I'm often working long hours, but when I'm not I usually keep to myself, usually reading books or playing videogames. Won't say no to hanging out, though. I can tidy up after myself and do my part in keeping communal areas clean, plus I like to cook. I'm sure I must be at least tolerable to live with because as of writing this, I have never been kicked out of a flat. Anywhere within walking distance of a train station is ideal.
Hello! My name is Amanda and I am a 23 year old professional. I work full time in the CBD and also study part time, meaning I am generally a pretty busy person and keep mostly to myself! If I'm not working or studying then I'm more than likely cooking (Italian mum & Chinese dad so it's a given), or outdoors on a mini weekend adventure. I also have a degree in Graphic Design so that can keep me glued to my computer on side projects. I'm not much of a party person (out grew that long ago), however I am pretty social during the week with work/friend dinners etc so I come and go.
Relocating to Brisbane from Townsville for a new job. Easy going, clean, can cook, social. Like to get out on my days off and have quiet nights at home during the week. Looking to live with similar people to potentially make new friends along the way. I'm not too fussed on which suburb I live, I travel to different sites around Brisbane for work.
Hi, I'm Rachel. I work permanent part time (full time hours most weeks) I work for Virgin Australia, ground crew. Currently residing and working in Melbourne but have just transferred to Brisbane Airport (same company) with a start date of 07/OCT at Brisbane Airport. I'm am very neat and tidy. Also I don't go out much ie clubbing but I do hangout with friends. I meal prep most weeks if I don’t give in and buy Youfoodz or Uber so I'll only be the annoying kitchen hog once or twice a week :) I am very active and love being outside. However I also love a good nap and tv binge. Give me a cheese platter any day of the week 😋 I love animals! I do work on a 4/2 roster. Meaning 4 days on then 2 off rotating. So I won’t be home most weekends. I'm looking to move up in the 5th of October. As I am driving up on the 3rd and 4th of October. LGBT friendly 🏳️🌈 Chill and laid back
I'm a 29 year-old journalist and producer who is also in my final-year of studies at UQ. Looking for like-minded young people to share a place with that are respectful and clean, are non-smokers, up for weekend adventures and who enjoys a healthy lifestyle. In my downtime I'm a professional dancer, an enthusiast for CrossFit, avid reader and someone who leads an active lifestyle that includes running and rugby. If you think we'd get along, not just as housemates but also potential friends, swing me a message. Look forward to hearing from you. Cheers, Chris
PLEASE NOTE: I’m currently away on rural placement and will be moving to Brisbane in November. I'm happy to find a place during October and slowly move in but you won't see much of me until late November as I'll be back and forth! I'm a post-grad medical student/part time employee looking for accommodation for at least 6 months before starting my final year of uni. I’ll be on placements around Brisbane for the first 6 months of the year then commuting to the Gold Coast on weekdays for the next 3 months, but planning to live and work in Brisbane long term. I'm a bit of a clean freak and reliable. I like to keep fit in my spare time (gym/running/yoga/hiking) and dabble in some photography and culinary adventures (will probably make you food if you let me!). Would love to share my interests with you if you're keen on a mid-week yoga session or the odd weekend day trip. Otherwise I tend to keep myself pretty busy so can keep to myself quite easily if that suits you better. Would prefer to share with like minded students or professionals. Some form of on or off street parking would be ideal as would my own bathroom, but happy to share the latter with 1-2 others if need be. I have my own bedroom furniture which I prefer to use, but can store this if I find the right place. I also have some small kitchen appliances which I am happy to share. Would definitely be interested in finding a place with someone if that works out best. If you have something which might work feel free to give me a buzz!
Hey there! I'm a 24 year old student currently studying law and international relations. Not much of a party girl, but don't mind a drink or two on the weekend or checking out somewhere new! I work 4-5 days a week at a cafe (all mornings) I am love pets if you have one! I'm clean, tidy and respectful of others. Don't mind a Netflix binge every now and then! I have a proper coffee machine (not pods) for all you coffee lovers like me! i'm social but still like to keep to myself too! If there is anything else you wish to know or want to meet up to get a vibe of what type of person I am feel free to contact me :)
G'day , Looking for a room to rent. I am laid back, easy going, quiet to live with. My hobbies are travelling, playing pool, ten pin bowling, swimming , listening to music, playing PS , chilling at the park or by the beach, having laughs with mates. New interests/hobbies will be added soon. I'm open to learning about different cultures, foods and history.
Quiet easy going friendly, I work as a nurse, like to go for dinners occasionally or see a movie, cooking, gym, camping, beach and respect other peoples privacy and space. I would prefer to live within walking distance to a train station.
Full time worker and studying , reliable with bills and tidy . Quiet/ keep to myself generally but at same time likes to have chat with housemate. Looking for a place with air conditioning in the room and prefer own bathroom. Thanks 🙂
Hi, I'm an easy going 25 y.o looking for a room in a share house. I work full time and study part time. I have plenty of experience with living in share houses and will happily help keep the common spaces clean. I'm looking for a chilled out household and hopefully some new friends to hang out with. I also travel a little sometimes for work. I spend weekends relaxing/studying/at the gym. Or getting outside, going hiking or to the beach.
Dana is a 19 year old university student studying creative industries while also working as a dental assistant. Tommy is 19 working week days as a building cleaner. We are both clean, friendly, outgoing and respectful.
Hello! I'm a cool girl from Northern Europe looking for a nice place for October. My name is Elli and I'm 21 years old. I'm a friendly and respectful person and I have experience in sharing a flat. I'm tidy and quiet but enjoy good conversation and being social! I like going to museums and art galleries and trying new sports! I'm into yoga and climbing. I work full time and I'm responsible. I'm looking forward to hear from you!
I am originally from Brazil. I have been here for almost 6 years and I speak fluent english. I currently work full time anywhere from 6am- 4pm (including weekends). I also love exercise, I go 5 times a week as well. I’m non judgemental, easygoing, honest, down to earth and can sometime binge watch Netflix. And I am good with plants even though I only own 2
Hey I'm Emily! I work full time in HR and also study PT at QUT. I live a pretty active lifestyle and love getting outdoors. Not much of a party girl, but don't mind a drink or two on the weekend! I'm a bit of a mix between being social and keeping to myself, but always down to sit around and eat dinner and have a bit of a laugh. I'm a pretty clean person and I really can't stand clutter out on benches or stuff lying around (its a bit of a pet peeve). Keen to meet up to get to know eachother!
Hello future roomies! Keely and I are two like-minded friends looking to team up with one or two other people and move closer to the city. With that said, we love the outdoors, so green suburbs that are highly walkable are definitely our preference. We both work in the health and social services sector, so that is mainly where our professional interests lie. We both keep an active lifestyle and have a strong passion for food (who doesn't!). If you have a good sense of cleanliness and an even better sense of humour, we love you already! Whilst we both like to be social, our clubbing days are far and few in between, so if you're a keen partier, perhaps this isn't for you. If you're interested in having a chat over coffee, let us know, we look forward to hearing from you :)
Hi folks, Social, well educated, good conversationalist; however I work hard so sometimes I'd just like to retreat to my own private space - I enjoy my privacy and will respect others' too. I'm a very clean person and would like my flatmates to enjoy a clean home too...not that I'll clean up after you, just hoping you're good to clean up after yourself. I'm used to a no shoe household, but if that's not your thing, all good, I'll limit the no-shoe zone to my bedroom. As I say, I work hard and quite often long hours, so rarely at home...the best kind of flatmate :) If you have pets, that's cool. Happy to be a fur parent by proxy.
