Hey! I work in the property/ finance industry as a Portfolio Analyst, looking for a social/ homely place to live, ideally with at least 2 other people. I work full time but usually cook dinner at home/ head off to the gym/ catch up with friends in the evenings, and always get out for a coffee on weekends. Not looking for a loud, party house but definitely somewhere with neat, friendly, social people who don't mind a weeknight movie/ family meal/ Friday afternoon wine/beer rather than keeping to their rooms all the time.
BORN IN BRISBANE, NOT BANGALORE.... ;) (I've actually got a Fiji-indian background) Marketing executive (professional) who likes hanging out, having my own time and engaging in great conversations. I'm clean, pull my weight around the house and respectful of your possessions. Will be your Netflix buddy, drinking buddy and all round rad dude to have around. I'm fairly easy to get along with and am known to make people laugh and smile. Would like a place with a friendly atmosphere so can come home for a chat at the end of the day. Essentially would be nice to have more of a home that just a room to sleep in.
Hello! My name is Neve, I am 23 years old, born and raised in Brisbane. Currently, I am studying Medical Laboratory Science at QUT and I am once again looking to move in to a more permanent resident. This time if I don't find a place by the move date, I'll be in a spot of bother. I am very easy to live with, friendly and respectful. I am punctual with rent and bill payments, I clean up after myself and happily help out around the house when required. When at "home" I tend to be quiet and keep to myself a bit while studying, however I am happy to socialize and don't mind having end of week drinks every now and again or the odd party. I am a very easy going, non judgmental person. If I sound like the sort of person who would suit you as a housemate, feel free to contact me. PLEASE don't message me if your weekly rent is higher than what I have said I can afford ($160 inc bills), I really can't do much more at present or in the near future. NO ROOM SHARE
Hi there, my husband and I work full time in both our careers, Harley works on salary based wages and studies IT full time in retail. I work at a distribution centre at the airport. We have one cat named Stitch very lovable and extremely in your business kind of cat meaning never ending cuddles he wants. We are looking for a room that is unfurnished as we have a king size bed plus side tables to fit. We have great references and looking to find something small and convient as we want to travel at the end of the year. Our lease finishes on July 1st.

I love my physical activity as I am a Personal Trainer. I love a good laugh and to hang around people with positive vibes. I'm a very tidy individual, who respects others space and wishes the same for myself. Namaste Rachel
I work full-time and also study at university (6 months left until I graduate). I'm pretty laid back and easy to get along with. Feel free to chill in your room or join me in watching a TV show, I don't mind! If any of us want to have friends over for a drink etc. every now and then, the only rule is you must save your housemate(s) a drink! I'm a pretty clean/tidy individual, and I won't chuck a tantrum if you forget to do the dishes one night. I don't smoke either. If we can keep everything reasonably clean and pay the rent on time, we will get along fine!
Hi everyone, I am looking for a nice place to stay and share with some fun people. I am a very neet person. I work fulltime as a PhD student but I do work from home as well. I lived in Australia for about 13 months, I travelled around for about 1 year and started my PhD the 1st of April. I am originally from Belgium, I enjoy tennis and am an outdoors person. Hope to get some interest, look forward to get in touch! Cheers, Sam
Hi All, My name is Reece, I'm 27 and looking for a new place in Brisbane. I just finished living in London for 2 years and moving back to Brisbane. At the moment I'm most likely looking for shorter term accommodation as I'm also still looking for work. However for the moment just being close to some kind of public transport will be fine. I've also got enough savings to pay rent until starting work. I like going to see concerts, hanging with friends and hiking in the outside world and generally playing games/binge watching shows when I'm home. I've been living in shared accom for the last 2.5 years so I'm used to keeping tiding and living with a group of people. Preferably looking for something furnished or just with a bed at minimum and internet connection would be great too! Move in date also flexible Cheers!
Hi my names Owen, Im a 24 yr old electronics technician looking for a place to live. I like making and listening to music, as well as seeing bands and festival. Id be keen for a relaxed house where we can occasionally hang out. Hit me up if you're keen :).
Hi I'm Phi, I'm 25, self-employed freelancer. I'm a social introvert, who is career orientated but likes to have fun. I am told I'm pretty chill and easy going and get along with most people. I have a small lap dog who is desexed and house trained that I'd like to move in with me, but if pets can't be accommodated on the property, then my parents are willing to keep her.
Hi! Currently living in the northern suburbs, but I'm keen to move closer to friends/work/civilisation. I'm working full time in the city, so looking for a home that is between Toombul and the city, and walking distance to the train. Ideally I will have a bathroom to myself, and would also be great it some of the rooms of the house/apartment/other has air con! Likes include: - Cooking - Eating - Binge-watching the latest tv shows Dislikes: - People who don't replace the toilet paper. I do actually have a social life - I promise! I play social netball, hang out with friends most weekends and generally like to balance out my laziness with fresh air. I like my home to be a comfy retreat (clean and calm) and looking to live with others who feel the same. It would be great to have housemates who friendly, though I'm not needy and happy to have time to myself. I have almost no furniture (bedroom furniture only), but can buy if necessary. Ideally looking for housemates who are non-smokers and no cats (dogs are fine). I don't drive so I don't need a car park, but I am looking for somewhere well connected to public transport. Want to know something else? Ask.
Hey I'm Erin, looking to move into a share house or team up with other people to create a share house. i'm a concreter/construction worker full-time & I'm easy going :) my current lease ends soon. looking to secure a place within the next couple of weeks. I have everything ready to go to sign a lease:) Send me a message if you're interested!
WANTED: private, unfurnished room with own bathroom, must have parking. Looking to join an existing share house or to start a new one with 1 or 2 people. I'm a mature 21 year old, a very tidy person, pretty much a neat freak, enjoy my own space and company but definitely don't shy away from being social with my housemates! I'm a pretty active person and love to go paddle boarding on the weekends and I play social volleyball (indoor and beach) a few days a week. I work in Albion as a receptionist/admin assistant so would prefer to live somewhere around there. VERY allergic to cats.. so if you have any it absolutely wont work out between us... budget is max $250 a week unless bills aren't included in rent. in that case obviously I would prefer a lower rent price. my move date is very flexible, i can basically move as soon as i find the right place for me :) If you have a place I might be interested in please feel free to contact me!
I am hardly ever home and when I am I like to cook for myself and anyone else in the house, I clean up after myself and like things to be tidy. I do have a cat however she is old and quiet, she's super clean and usually sticks to just my bedroom, you wouldn't even know she was there :)
I'm 19 and in my second year of studying a Business degree at QUT. I work two jobs - one in the City and the other in Chermside. I enjoy running, exploring around Brisbane/the Coast, going out a bit and being social, but also relaxing and having my own space when I have work or study to focus on. I’m very easy-going, friendly and considerate of other people's space and privacy. I'm tidy and clean up after myself, and would expect the same from the people I live with. Thanks for taking the time to read this!
Gamer, film student at Griffith in Southbank, quiet, usually keep to myself some nights but like to interact with other people/roommates. I'm friendly, humous, tom-boy. I'm very close to my family as my folk live in VIC, with two older brothers (both LGBT) and as I came out this year. Born and raised in Brisbane. Like catching with friends to talk and watch movies. Like cooking new things and trying different foods. I'm trying to become social active in meeting new friends as I'm trying not to stay curled up my shell and close myself off. It's hard when you have anxiety issues, generalised stress disorder and depression kicking when you are down. On the positive side of this, studying will allow to meet and interact with other people both in uni and hopefully, outside as well. And hopefully, subside the negative feeling away.
‼️LOOKING FOR SOMETHING AVAILABLE FOR JUNE!‼️ Hey my names Emma, I'm 20 and have lived by myself sinceI was 17 but as I'm home so little, I don't see the need for a place of my own and decided to move out into a share house or get a flat mate when my lease ends in June. I am clean and quiet, I work 5 days a week so I am out of the house from 8-5 everyday, and then at gym until 8 most nights. I go out maybe every few weekends but I am respectful and quiet I don't ask for much but I do like my space, I also love a good chat, but I cherish my alone time as you can tell I don't get much. I don't have many people over and if I would, it would be friend on the weekend and maybe a weeknight here and there, or a couple friends every now and then. But just because I like my alone time doesn't mean I'm not open to making a new friend and, I love to have a good laugh and hang out sometimes! I do have a cat named Cleo, she is really sweet but does what she likes mostly and that is being outside during the day, and coming in to eat and sleep at night lol. She's fully toilet trained, flea treated often and very beautifully natured. Don't be afraid to send me through a message if this interests you :)
Changed my mind, not looking right now I am looking to settle in Brisbane for a while because this is where my much adored niece is based. I have a housetrained desexed cat, goes by the name of Pixie or hey you. The cat is unfortunately not other cat or dog friendly, she had some bad experiences when young and as a result does not play well with others. I how ever am well used to sharing, cleaning up after myself and paying my bills on time. I have some furniture, kitchen stuff and some electrics. Not a smoker, big drinker or death metal singer-along-with-at 2am -er. Looking for like minded non Trump supporters to make a home with. Any extra info I am happy to share, but feel that some actual human interaction i.e. ph or face to face, would be more illuminating. Thanks for your time :) P.S I am a hetero female who couldn't care less who or what floats your boat, provided adult consent is involved :)
__Leased a place till 06/2017__ So we have a month to sort out our next location and ready to stay for longer at current one to get the place we would be able to call home. We are a working full-time couple in mid 30-40. No kids, no pets, not much stuff, non-smokers. Considerate, quiet, clean and tidy people looking for a QUIET and PEACEFUL corner (en-suite/granny flat/studio). Capitalized parameters are really important. Sleep is sacred for us. No people with drinking / smoking / attitude / personal space infringement problems please. I cook 2-3 times a week European style food (that means without suffocating the whole house with garlic or spices) with instant kitchen cleaning after the process; and we hope to find a place where the fresh air and clean living space are valued :) We need a place quite close to public transport as we don't have a car (no parking needed). Wouldn't mind spayed cats around. Ideally would like to team-up with another couple with the same values. The budget is slightly stretchable depending on the location, furnishing and bills.
I'm a 22 year old male working full time. 1-2 week a month I will be away travelling for work. I'm a very calm and easy going person. Usually too tired from work to make any noise. Not a party person and won't have people over to all hours of the night. I'll always pay my bills on time and am a believer of "You make the mess, you clean the mess".
A bit about myself... I'm from Brazil. I'm 37 years old. I'm studying and working as well. I just got my visa granted till 03/2019. I enjoy cooking and I love BBQ and soccer, beer/wiskey/wine or two I'm always up to. I'm sociable, friendly, clean, tidy and respectable. I'm easy going person.
