I was actually born in the east and haven’t really been back since, I’m excited to be in the area to explore it and really hoping someone can take me on before 22nd of November- I’m even ready now if there’s availability. There is a really important reason I need to be in these suburbs for at least the next 12 months.

I have a 1 month old baby with me full time. My 4 year old lives with his dad, but I will be caretaking for him during the day from his father’s house, to help aid his work schedule. In other words you won’t see me too much I will be in and out very busy. We have flexibility most of the time. (To be very clear I am not partnered I am single) I’m in need of one/to two decent medium to large sized rooms and happy to share bathroom. I study online and really value peaceful alone time, cleaning and cooking brings me joy. I’m not into visitors or parties while I have young children, but If you are I don’t mind at all as long as it’s always a safe and respectful environment with men etc. I also have a Maine coone Ragdoll that is a very relaxed sleepy baby, he doesn’t cause any issues.

- on another note, my mum will cook for us too when she comes over and always helps around the house
- I don’t take up much space but will leave a really nice touch on whatever home becomes mine
