Hi, I’m Kathryn! Originally from Perth, I’ve been living on the sunny coast for the past two years. I’ve been at loved living here but I’m definitely ready for a change! I’m 23 and work in hospitality management and casually at a cafe as I love keeping busy and saving up for travel. I will hopefully be moving into a corporate role once I get down to Sydney though! I also head to Europe every year for the festivals, culture, and plenty of adventures in between!

I’m looking for a friendly, tidy flat to call home. I really value a clean and relaxed living space - I very much also value being friends with my housemates so that’s also super ideal that we can have a shared drink or meal! I’m respectful of others’ space and privacy but also love a good. I’m reliable with rent and bills (often pay ahead if I’m travelling - rent up until mid August will be paid in advance) and always keep shared areas neat.
Outside of work, I’m easygoing and friendly, love my morning walks, love going to the gym and am hoping to live with people who enjoy a similar vibe. I’m looking to move in or at least start paying rent between the 22nd of June and 3rd of July as I need a place to move into when I come down from sunny coast!
