Vince and Bella

My name is Vince (30), and my partner Bella (27) and I are currently looking for a granny flat or self-contained unit around the Perth area.

A little bit about us, I work FIFO (2 weeks on, 2 weeks off) and was previously in the police in NZ before moving into FIFO. Bella has recently moved over from Coffs Harbour and will be starting back in a government role shortly (previously with the Australian Maritime Safety Authority), so we’re really just looking for a comfortable place to settle into long-term.
We’re very easygoing and live quite a quiet, routine lifestyle.

Most of our time is spent at the gym, enjoying the beach, or just having a relaxed night in. We’re definitely not party people — we love our early mornings, quiet evenings, and a calm, tidy home environment (very “grandma energy” in the best way 😊).

Bella takes a lot of pride in keeping a clean and welcoming space and genuinely enjoys being at home — cooking, baking, and keeping things organised. While I’m away for work, she’ll be home consistently and keeping everything running smoothly.
We’re both very respectful, reliable, and house-proud tenants. We also absolutely love animals — Bella has 3 French bulldogs back home that she misses a lot, so being around pets would honestly make her feel at home and would be something she’d really enjoy.

Our budget is up to $800 per week (bills included) for the right place.
Ideally we’re looking for:

• A granny flat or self-contained unit
• Somewhere private and peaceful
• Long-term if possible
• Open to most areas around Perth
