Hi,

My name is Florencio. I’m originally from Argentina and currently working full-time in Australia as a Production/Data Analyst in the agriculture industry.

I split my time between working remotely from home and travelling inland to farms for work, so I’m usually away about half of the time. Because of this, I’m looking for a spacious room with enough space for a proper desk setup, as I work from home regularly when I’m not travelling.

I live a healthy and active lifestyle. I train regularly, enjoy the beach, and keep a consistent routine. I’m clean, tidy, respectful and easy to live with, and I really value a calm and well-maintained home environment.

My girlfriend may visit and stay overnight occasionally, usually one night on weekends and sometimes during the week, so I’m ideally looking for a place where this is comfortable for everyone.

I’d also love to share the house with people who have a positive, growth-oriented mindset . People who are motivated, driven in their own way and enjoy a balanced, productive lifestyle.

I’m looking for a long-term, comfortable place to call home.
