I’ll most probably be outside most of the time so I won’t be a great disturbance except during days that I don’t work or go to uni (very rare). I just need a comfortable and accessible place to stay and I can say that being a Filipino, I’m really a clean and organized person, I make sure that everything is in place and properly fixed. I’m currently a working uni student but transitioning to the professional life after one more semester and so I just want a place to rest right after work. I don’t have any pets and don’t have much friends so it’s really just me most of the time. I love to get to know people though and get along with housemates during light and easy days. A private room with own bathroom or ensuite would be enough for me; shared common rooms are perfectly fine. I can go the extra and do some general cleaning to if it’s a must!
