I’m a 29 y/o American working in tech sales. I’ve been in Australia since 2020 and spent my first few years living on the Northern Beaches. I tried Bondi for a change, but realised the beach lifestyle up north suits me much more, so I’m looking to move back.

I work in the city on Tuesdays and Thursdays, so easy access to public transport is important. I also work from home part of the week and need enough space in my room for a desk.

I don’t have a car, so walkability is a big priority — close to a supermarket, gym, cafes, and the beach would be ideal. I only have bedroom furniture and a few kitchen items (airfryer, blender, slow cooker), so I’m pretty easy from a logistics perspective.

Outside of work, I love training, long walks, trying new restaurants, travel, and the occasional sunny day Stone & Wood. I’m single (no boyfriend constantly around), but I do host an annual Thanksgiving you’re invited to 🫶

I’m tidy and respectful of shared spaces, relaxed about bedrooms being your own, and ideally looking for a place where we’re mates as well as housemates. I’d love to live with friendly, social, career-focused people who enjoy hanging out but also value their own routines.
