Been a live in au-pair for 3 years. Studying a diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, looking for some independence to concentrate on my studies. Current visa ends 9/9/20 but planning on applying for a Graduate Visa afterwards. (Meaning cannot 100% commit to 12 months, but if happy would stay if/once new visa is accepted.)
I'm 24, about to start a full time job in Brookvale, I'm also a part time Creative Arts and Media student at JCU in my second year. I'm originally from Armidale in NSW, where I was studying Psychological Science at UNE. I have lived/live in share house environments successfully with the fair division of household chores and mutual respect for common living areas and individual privacy. I am respectful, happy to help with domestic chores, usually quiet but always up for a good, friendly chat. I'm a keen photographer and baker (I love desserts), I also enjoy hiking.
I am organized, clean, and tidy! I am also very outgoing and friendly. I love to interact with people. I can also cook quite well, and enjoy cooking when I have time. I am currently an international student studying at Sydney School of Business and Technology. I am from Canada. In Canada I am a primary school teacher; however, here I am working at Apple Chatswood, and a cafe in Forestville. I have been an AuPair for the last 15 months, and am looking to move on. I am looking for someone who is friendly, and organized. I would love someone who can have a wine and movie night and vent about the week, or just hang out! I would prefer a female roommate. I also have a boyfriend here in Sydney, however, he will not be living with us. But, my future roommate must be comfortable with him staying over on occasion during the week.
### PLEASE DO NOT MESSAGE ME IF YOU ARE NOT LIVING IN THE PLACE YOU ARE ADVERTISING, THANK-YOU### Hi there, I'm Just a normal, hard working, responsible, easy going guy. I can cook, clean, and always pay bills and rent on time. Have a really big TV and some nice furnishings if you need them or replace anything you have or don't want anymore. I work normal hours as a Helicopter Pilot with the beautiful Sydney skyline as my office. I work most weekends as well coming into peak season. Socially, Im all for a cheeky red wine or two with dinner and love a gossip with my flatmate about solving the worlds problems. I love exercising too, gym is a regular part of my routine when i can a roll on. I am quiet and respectful of peoples need for space, happy to chat and socialise whenever you like. I have just acquired a pet bird from a friend for a few months while they are on holidays. she is small, quiet and clean. If that will be a problem, I can arrange for her to stay with family.
I'm Australian and have been living in Manly for 1 year after living in Europe for 15 years. My Italian girlfriend of 3 years; Claudia is arriving from London in 1 month and we plan to live together. My current lease is running out so we are looking for a great place to live near the beach. We are both into the outdoors, heath and fitness, vegan food, and looking to make the most of our time in Sydney. We both have travelled all over the world and are here to stay for the next few years. I work full time Mon to Fri in engineering so fairly quiet after work during the week. Claudia teaches yoga. We are both friendly, social, clean and considerate. I look forward to hearing from you.
I'm pretty chilled, originally from Brazil, work full-time with interior design and sales. I'm also pretty clean and tidy and would prefer sharing place with like minded flatties. I've recently moved back to the Northern Beaches from Noosa, Queensland and am now looking for a place to call home. Usually go to the gym after work, I love fishing and sometimes I have a beer or a glass of wine at the end of the day, but mostly cook something simple or quick like salads for dinner or nibble on something easy. Ideal place would have windows with natural light, hopefully nice views to nature or sea views, it could either be furnished (as long as I like the furniture or if it is flexible and I can chose to move or put some of furniture away) or unfurnished. I would love to have a garden as I love plants (but a balcony would do). I get along pretty well with pets too, as I love them and they usually like me too! Would like to have TV in the house as I watch Netflix or can bring my own into the bedroom if there's space for it =) I can be pretty flexible when choosing a place to live as long as it feels like home so shoot me a message. Please only get in touch if there is at least easy off street parking or available sticker (not keen to live where parking a constant mission). If your place is my kinda place I would be happy to go long term. Flexible with price and dates depending on place.
Im originally from Newcastle and I recently moved to curl curl. I love to just chill at home and bake and paint or occasionally have a bit of fun with my friends on a night out. I love a good laugh and literally any animal. Im a hair and makeup artist and I love fashion! I’m basically a walking rainbow with all the colourful things I wear. I’m just looking for a place to make my new home and maybe meet some new friends along the way :D
