Kia Ora! 👋 I'm Tracey, me and my friend Smokey are looking for a sublet, in either Brunswick, Preston or coburg area. Smokeys just moved here from NZ and I've been in Australia for over a year and a half. We are looking for a sublet as an in-between stepping stone before finding a place to put our roots down. I always have a creative project going, and love to pottering around in the garden. Smokey loves to listen to music, game and perform. We are independent and love our own solitude, but I also love a good catch-up with flatmates, whether it's over a cup of tea, bevvy or a movie night! Overall great vibes to have in a home🤙
We appreciate clear open communication. We tidy up after ourselves and keep our personal spaces tidy, clean and hygienic.
