Hey! I’m Dylan, 32, working full-time in commercial property. I already live in the Waterloo/Zetland area and am looking to stay local.

​During the week I keep things pretty balanced with work, the gym, and staying active, but I always enjoy a friendly chat or catching up over dinner or a casual drink. I’m very tidy, considerate of shared spaces, and treat where I live like a home rather than just a crash pad.
