G'day! I'm looking to start a share house in the Dandenong Ranges. Belgrave and surrounding suburbs are preferred.

I'm an artist and art teacher. My focus is on running my private art school for kids and teenagers, and levelling up as an artist. I spend most of my time working but happy to be sociable when I can.

I have two small, cute bantam hens who live in a coop outside. I let them out to roam for an hour or so most days, and stay with them during that time, making sure they're safe.

I'm considerate, like a reasonably quiet home, clean up after myself, and pay bills on time. When I'm not working/drawing I'm either exercising or watching something. I like podcasts, audiobooks, music, animals and nature.
