$170/week•29 year old man
Hi there future housemates! I’m Daniel, 29yrs, and currently searching for a dog friendly share-house with a generous backyard for my fur-angel ‘Reggie’ - am also interested in starting a new lease if necessary. About me: I’m currently finishing my B.A. in Religious Studies and Philosophy, and will continue with a Masters in Psychotherapy in a years time. I love to study Meditation and Kriya Yoga, with aspirations to open an ashram or community centre someday. Other than Meditation and Yoga, my interests include nature exploring, sketching, music production (techno/trance), cooking, philosophy, occasionally worrying about AI and corporate totalitarianism 😆, tinyhome off-grid minimalist living, revolting over woke politcal correctness, and fostering mischief! I’m looking to relocate from Melbourne’s inner suburbs, ideally to somewhere more peaceful and immersed in Nature - I'm free to move from the 25/06/22 onwards, with an ideal weekly rent budget of around $150 - 170max. I’m hoping to find a group of 3-4 like-minded spiritual/religious chillers to move in with who are interested in a fun group environment, whilst also respecting each other’s space and privacy. Neat and tidy people are most welcome, although preferrably not fanatics. Ideally housemates are drug-free, infrequent alcohol users, and appreciate proactive problem resolving discussions. About the pooch: My boy Reggie is a 10-month old English Bull Terrier, and we’re totally in love 😍 He is so sweet, social and full of character, that everybody he meets falls for him! He’s the best. Reggie is still a puppy in training who spends most of his time indoors, and whilst perfectly toilet trained, he still requires my supervision in order to refine his manners. We’re hoping to find a share-house with another friendly pet/s who Reggie can be buds with. Other than his impulse for stealing socks and avidly protecting the backyard from possums, he is a well behaved joy to live with! Get in touch with me if you like how this all sounds to discuss prospects! Much love and all blessings 🙏 Daniel F.

I AM LOOKING FOR STUDIOS, GRANNY FLATS or TEAMUPS ONLY. Hey All 😊 I am currently looking for a new place to call home or people to find a home with... I am currently living with 2 housemates in Rowville but decided to look for a cheaper place once the lease is up. My 2 housemates are also likely to move around this time. Ideally looking to be settled in a few place by September. A bit about me... I am a working professional in a job ive had for a little under 3 years. I mostly work from home but I am in the office 2 days a week. I tend to keep to myself and quite happy in my own company, though I don't mind a chat here and there and cooking or having a few drinks with my fellow housemates. I'm not antisocial by any means, I just value my unwind time and I respect other peoples space also. During my spare time I regularly go hiking so I am away most weekends. I have a cat and as she is a Bengal she is quite vocal so people who don't love cats need not apply. I'm ok with other pets except for dogs as my cat doesn't live well with dogs :( sorry! I am a tidy person and live by a clutter is chaos motto. I am respectful, quiet, laid back, mature and all for communicating and compromising to create a comfortable environment for all. Property must haves: Garage, bath, dishwasher and separate living areas. I own a lot of my own furniture to furnish part of a house and would welcome you to bring yours too. If youd like to know more please message me 🙂

At the risk of tooting my own horn, I'm very good at cleaning, and maybe this makes me weird but I enjoy it. I also enjoy cooking, but for different reasons. Having another toot, I'm a pretty decent cook as well. While I'm not looking to be anyone's housekeeper, I do hope these useful attributes captured your attention. Having been a nanny for close to 17 years accounts for my sense of responsibility, patience, and ability to not sweat the small stuff. As an overgrown kid myself, working with children gives me the opportunity to keep in contact with all the imaginary friends I made growing up. I've collected a lot of hilarious anecdotes that go down well with even the most anti-child adult. I'm also very creative, with varying degrees of success. Being a playwright also helps me stay in touch with my fictional mates. I've had many plays produced and a few published, and I'm expecting a phone call from Terry Gilliam or Tim Burton any day now to discuss movie adaptations. I recently discovered a passion for painting, but I'll stick to canvases, not walls, until I buy my own house ... this may happen if I ever stop eating smashed avocado.
