I am a 53-year-old woman who enjoys woodworking, reading, and relaxing in a clean and friendly home. I work full time and my friend Tony is retired, he loves all the above. We don't smoke or own pets, and I don't have kids. We require two bedrooms. Furnished would be great as we have both recently moved to Australia but we can work with it if there is not furniture.
