Hi everyone!

I’m Cloud from Seoul, South Korea. I started my Master of Nursing studies at Southern Cross University in January 2025. I’m super excited to begin this new chapter in the Gold Coast and am looking for a nice place to call home!

A bit about me:
• Age: 30 years old
• Personality: I’m easygoing, friendly, and respectful. I really appreciate clean and peaceful shared spaces, and while I enjoy socializing, I also respect personal boundaries.
• Lifestyle: I love bright, sunny spaces and enjoy living near the beach. In my free time, I like playing tennis, going to the gym, and relaxing by the ocean.

I’ve been lucky to live in Melbourne, work with the United Nations in Nepal, and spend a few years in Shanghai and Singapore, so I really value new experiences and meeting people from all walks of life.

What I’m looking for:
• Location: Tweed heads, Coolangatte
• Budget: Up to $300/week (bills included).
• Preferences:
• Clean and well-kept common areas.
• Bright, sunlit spaces.
• No drug house.
• Flexible minimum stay would be ideal, but if it’s a great fit, I plan to stay for at least two years until graduation.
