Hi,

I am a 36-year-old male who has resided in the Bayside area my whole life. I am employed full-time, Monday to Friday, with a local company where I have worked for over 20 years.

I maintain a healthy and active lifestyle and love cooking, going to the gym, mountain biking, going to the beach and pretty much anything involving outdoor activities. I'm a very tidy person due to my OCD and not your clichè type either, but I have learnt to approach this in a more relaxing manner.

I'm a quiet and easy going person, I have been told I have a great sense of humour and firmly believe laughter is the best medicine. I quickly adapt and fit in with most people, I do enjoy connecting with like minded people, good laughs and great vibes. I do respect people's privacy and space, but always happy to catch up for a chat! I believe open communication is key between housemates. I'm not interested in parties or drugs and rarely bring friends back to the house for my daughter's own safety.

My 9 year old daughter Olivia (The apple of my eye and my idol) stays with me fortnightly, although we spend most of our weekends outdoors. I do pick my daughter up from school 2 to 3 most weeks for extra curriculum activities or if she just wants to spend extra time with me. Although her mother and I are no longer in a relationship, we have remained best friends and coparent exceptionally well for the best interest in our daughter.

I also have a 7 year old Tortoiseshell cat by the name of Zhara, which was a birthday present for Olivia, so these two are inseparable. Zhara is an indoor cat only and has always been up to date with her flea/tick treatment and vaccines, she is toilet trained and very comfortable around kids and dogs.

Ideally I am seeking 2 bedrooms with a private bathroom or a Granny flat for Olivia and myself. I do have my own furnishings and would prefer to remain in the redlands close to my daughter, but I am flexible and open to all options.
