I’m looking for somewhere to call home, ideally long term if it’s a good fit, while I study my masters of fine art at uwa (just started mid august)
Am on a scholarship and tutoring/ mentoring also so on regular hours/ paycheck.

I enjoy clean and healthy living, a harmonious and respectful environment, a shared cuppa but also value my (and others’) quiet / down time
