Liam and Eddie

Hi, I’m Liam, 28, originally from the UK and living in Perth full-time.

I work as a plumber and have been here for the past year, working consistently and paying rent with no issues. My current lease is coming to an end, so I’m now looking for a new place.

I’ll be moving in with my friend Eddie, who I’ve known for years back home, he’s also a plumber, working full-time here in Perth. We’re both easygoing, respectful and keep things clean and tidy. We’re not big party people, more into the gym, work and just enjoying our own space.

We’ve got a solid rental history here in Perth and can provide references, proof of income, and are happy to pay a higher bond or rent upfront if needed.

We’re ideally looking for a quality apartment where we can settle in comfortably and treat it like home.
