I’m Vincent, a 30-year-old man from Belgium. I've been living in Sydney for the last year (Neutral Bay) and I’m looking for a furnished private bedroom to rent for at least 6 months (can be flexible if needed). Ideal starting date would be May 1st but can be flexible as well.

I’ve been working for the last five years in the financial industry (risk management) in Belgium and I relocated to Sydney for work. Currently working for a consulting company in Sydney's CBD and going to the office at least 4 days per week.

I’m an easy-going, sociable and very organized person. I don’t smoke and I don’t have pets. I am quiet, respectful and very clean. I like going to the gym, diving, going for walks and to the beach and getting a few drinks occasionally.
