I’m Vincent, a 30-year-old man from Belgium. I've been living in Sydney for the last 10 months (Neutral Bay) and I’m looking for a furnished private bedroom to rent for at least 6 months (can be flexible if needed).
I’ve been working for the last five years in the financial industry (risk management) in Belgium and I relocated to Sydney for work. Currently working for a bank in Sydney's CBD and going to the office at least 4 days per week.

I’m an easy-going, sociable and very organized person. I don’t smoke and I don’t have pets. I am quiet, respectful and very clean. I like going to the gym, diving, going for walks and to the beach and getting a few drinks occasionally.
