My name is Finn,
I am 22 with 6 years of renting + sharehouse experience. I spend a lot of my time with making artworks, sculpture and more recently music (kept in the headphones of course), and I tend to be a pretty quiet roommate with a lot of my time devoted to these things. that being said, I really love evenings spent with my housemates and my cat Neville, and am so down for movie nights and social events.
Neville is 7, a maine-coon/tabby, and he is such a lovely independent indoor cat. his favourite activities include sleeping on my bed, playing with his favourite fish toy, and watching bird videos on my tv. he is so friendly, calm and beautiful, i genuinely couldn’t ask for a better cat.
I currently pay $300pw in rent, with room to pay up to $380pw on my current income. I work 2-3 full days per week, as well as receiving a disability pension on top, so my income averages out to around $800pw. I spend the rest of my income on my transitioning, playing dress-up and my pokemon card collection :)
I currently keep a chore roster of allocated rooms done weekly, and I stick to my chore rosters like the bible.
