Hey everyone!
I’m Max, 22, originally from Germany. I’ve spent the last year living and working in Sydney, but it’s time for a change — I’m heading west and looking to make Perth, ideally Scarborough, my new home. I’m keen to swap busy city commutes for salty air, beach runs, and those iconic Scarbs sunset sessions. If I can walk to the ocean instead of driving to it, even better.

I’m an electrician by trade and currently lining up full-time electrical work in Perth and maybe even fifo.

I stay active and love anything outdoors — gym, hiking, coastal walks and runs! Even tho I’m really
Focused on saving as much money as possible this year so I’m probably working 12hr days 6 days a week!

As a housemate I’m easygoing, respectful, clean, and reliable. I don’t smoke, I keep shared spaces tidy, and I’m always down for a laugh or a chat, but also appreciate personal space when needed.
