Hello im a mid-fourties man urgently looking for a quiet place NOR.
I work full-time and prefers the simplicity of living in a quiet house NOR suburbs or rural.

I enjoy being in nature, and the value of a quiet, clean space to unwind after work.
Always love a chat and a laugh, whilst very much value a quiet place in general.
I enjoy Comedy, Pets, the outdoors, Gardening, running, kitesurfing, hikes, the beach, nature, Farm life.
Im flexible with requirements due to the urgency to find a roof over my head,
The duration of my stay ideally longer-term but if you have something for only a couple months im happy to go for it.

Ideally but not essential looking for a room with private bathroom in Perth suburbs NOR / Joondalup, with a 30-km radius around it.
I work full-time in Electrical Engineering-Maintenance in Perth NOR.
