I’m an Engineering Manager working full-time for a technology company based in Norwest. I’m currently looking for a room or self-contained space with a private bathroom and cooking facilities, granny flats or studio setups are preferred.

I value a peaceful and quiet living environment. I don’t cook much, am usually away during daytime work hours, and often spend weekends traveling, camping, or visiting family in Victoria.

I’m clean, tidy, and respectful of the property, and I like to treat wherever I live as a home.

I have a mid-size SUV, so off-street parking would be highly preferred if available.
