Hey I'm James, I am coming up from NSW shortly for some courses and most likely a permanent move. I have just finished up my position in the mines of NSW after 10 years and will be looking for employment shortly after arrival.

I do not have kids, partner or pets nor shall I in the future.

I am looking for a minimum of 1 months stay to 6 months stay depending on the employment I can acquire.

I am clean, tidy and respectful to the wishes of others. Willing to engage and be social but also have no issue with just leaving others to their own devices. No preferences in regard to male or female room mate.
