I am a Canadian. I am looking for a place in Perth as I am moving there in January. I am very tidy and take a lot of pride in my space so I’d love a housemate who values the same thing! I love board game night and I can be a social butterfly but also love my alone time. I am planning to stay in Perth for a while so I am looking for a cozy place with good housemates ideally near enough to a beach!

Ps. I also love animals so if you have animals that is a bonus to me!
