Hi there!

james and Alissa here, we both work in hospitality, looking for a comfortable and welcoming home to share. After work, we value our downtime but also enjoy friendly chats with housemates—whether it’s a shared meal, board games, or a casual beer and laugh on a Friday night.

We take pride in keeping our living space clean, tidy, and well-maintained, both inside and out. We also come with a well-behaved, fully trained 4-year-old cocker spaniel who loves people and is a great housemate himself.

While we are cigarette smokers, we are happy to keep it away from the house—smoking in our car if needed—so it won’t be an issue for others.

We’re looking for a place for at least three months, but we’d love to stay up to a year if we find the right fit.
