Hi there!

james here, I currently work in hospitality but also have experience as a landscaper and painter/labourer, looking for a comfortable and welcoming home to share. After work, i value my downtime but also enjoy friendly chats with housemates—whether it’s a shared meal, board games, or a casual beer and laugh on a Friday night.
I take pride in keeping my living space clean, tidy, and well-maintained, both inside and out. I also come with a well-behaved, fully trained 5 year-old cocker spaniel who loves people and is a great housemate himself.

While I am a cigarette smoker ( trying to quit) I am happy to keep it away from the house—smoking in my car if needed—so it won’t be an issue for others.

I am looking for a place for at least three months, but i’d love to stay up to a year if we find the right fit.
