I am friendly, kind hearted, well mannered and respectable.
I live and grew up in the Claremont Cottesloe area, love the ocean and swim / laps at cottesloe beach most mornings while the shark net is up.
I lead a healthy lifestyle, dont drink, smoke or take drugs, i like to eat healthy and go to sleep early.
Im semi retired,however seeking a short term rental which is close to the beach, shopping and train.
I have a electric bike so no need for parking.
