I'm a 26 year old male, from the United Kingdom and I'll be starting work at UWA in January as a researcher. Looking for a place within reach of UWA. I am a social guy who enjoys cricket. Looking for a place with easy going, tidy people who don't mind a beer of an evening.
Clean, quiet, considerate man. Won't hog a shared space. Will clean-up after myself. Will communicate and contribute to a happy home atmosphere. Won't make an unholy racket or mess. Value peace, co-operation and respect above all. Dig the cruisey positive vibes of life.
Hey, im a young professional working full time looking for the perfect place and/or housemates who are into hanging on the couch, sharing kick ass meals and playing the odd card game or two. I dont currently drive so places close to the train line are a bonus. Flexible on length of stay.
I am very quiet person and easy going. Like to socialize once in awhile, not usually at home due to studies and work. My partner is such a quiet person and has been a great support to me. We have lived with other people in the past and she never had issues with anyone. She respects people's space and usually prefer staying indoor unless prompted for a conversation.
I'm a 24 year old postgrad medical student at UWA. I'm in the clinical part of my degree, meaning I spend my time during the week at different hospitals across Perth. Also work part time at SCGH, so somewhere nearby is ideal! Very clean (in fact, I probably clean too much...). Study hard during the week, but love to socialise on the weekends :) I currently live with two medical students, but they are going rural for the whole of next year - so looking for a 12-month stay until they are back!
I'm moving to Perth mid-Jan for full-time work in news. I'm moving from Sydney and I won't know many people, so I'd ideally like to live with people of similar ages/interests who can become friends. I'm 25 and enjoy all the normal things - the beach, a good cheese platter and a glass of wine (I do like to go out occasionally but I'm not a huge partier), dinners and brunch out and I'm always keen for a Bachie night. I'm love a chat but also enjoy my own space and respect that in others. I'm super clean and tidy and like to take care of my home. It would be a bonus if the room was furnished, as I won't be bringing anything with me. Let me know if you have a place and think I'd be a good fit :)
Hello! I am a 26-year old girl from Finland. I am coming to Perth to study at UWA for the 1st semester of 2019 as part of a student exchange program. I am looking for a place to stay for the duration of 5-6 months in the nearby area. I am a nice, kind, respectful and relaxed person to live with. I respect people's privacy but also am interested in spending time together for example having dinner or movie nights. I am a clean person and enjoy quiet nights in and the occasional nights out. I will most likely be spending my time studying and exploring Perth. On my free-time I also like to cook, exercise, spend time outdoors etc. If you are looking for a fun & reliable flatmate for roughly 6 months, please don't hesitate to send me a message!
I arrive January 5th from the UK and about to embark on a 3 year course in interior design in February. The course is quite intensive so you will probably find me behind my laptop for 5 days of the week. Other than that I’m quite active and enjoy SUP, CrossFit and powerlifting ( although the later might make you laugh once you see me). I’ve been living on my own for the last few years having moved back after 5 years living and working in France and Switzerland. I’m a young 37 year old (not to be confused with immature) I’m outgoing and when I’m not busy working behind a laptop you can find me at the beach! I like the odd night out, love music and festivals, would be great to find some like minded flatmates to spend the odd weekend with but I’m easygoing so can fit in with most scenarios! As an international student I am also allowed to work 40hours per fortnight, so once I’m settled in with studies etc, I might try to find some weekend work. I’m tidy and clean ... but my cooking skills are hit and miss! If you have any questions feel free to ask!
Hi there! I’m looking for a great sharehouse near the beach and a cycle path. I work long hours and have a pretty busy life outside of work; but I’m keen to live in a house that enjoys the odd shared dinner or beers after work. I’m houseproud and happy housemate who will chip in with cleaning and pays bills on time. If you think I'd be a good fit for your house, get in touch. Cheers, Anna
Hi guys, I am moving from Melbourne to Perth in the new year, and looking for somewhere to live. I am ideally somewhere near a train station and the beach, with a couple of people who are happy to have a chat in the evenings but respectful of quiet time and happy to do their own thing. I am driving across, so will have a car, but not much else so a furnished or partially furnished room would be great! I have a full time job lined up at the Department of Transport in rail planning, so will be pretty busy during the weeks. On the weekends, I am keen to get out and about and see Perth and WA, excited for a lot of time in the ocean (diving, spearfishing and swimming), hiking and camping, and other general adventures. I have a love of tea, so anyone living with me will get access to a stupidly large assortment I have collected. Not really a party animal - but enjoy going out for dinner and a few drinks with friends. Other than that, I have a love of travel and trying new things, and am pretty easy going. I am a pretty clean person, and respectful. Hopefully hear from you soon. Andrew
Studying psychology full time at UWA and working part time with the army. Very respectful of other people's space and clean. I'm focused on fitness, studies and socialising and I wouldn't say no to going out for a meal/beer! Don't have any pets but I'm a massive animal lover. Just looking for a stress free room in a house :)
Hello! I’m studying my master’s degree at UWA and I am also working part time in retail. I’m looking for a place close to the Uni. I’m a non-drinker and non-smoker, I’m easy going, respectful and a tidy person. I’m relatively quiet and independent but I will definitely be keen to have a chat as I get to know people. I enjoy TV shows, podcasts and video games but I also like to get outside and stay active. I’m after a relaxed, non-party house and would like to live with people around my age. I have a car, so I will need a place to park it.
I'm going to be doing part-time study next year at UWA. I previously did full-time study. I intend to work over the university break and then do part-time work. I can be pretty quiet to start off with but I do like a chat when I get to know someone. I enjoy watching movies, making cocktails, playing board games and listening to history podcasts. I also like cooking but I won't pretend to be very good at it. I'm pretty relaxed with whatever people do but I tidy up after myself and expect other people to within reason. I would prefer live with people around my age. to I also do not currently own a car so I would prefer to live within at least a 20 minute walk of a train station.
I'm a 29 y/o Australian that loves the beach, wine times and hanging with friends on weekends. I enjoy chilled out times after work- netflix nights, standup comedy and cooking are some favourites. I spend standard working hours at uwa, where i'm working on my thesis on tropical rivers. I'm looking for somewhere clean and tidy with a relaxed vibe. Keen on a room furnished with at least a bed. Under 170 a week including bills is preferred and a bond less no more than 2 weeks. A place near to a fremantle train line station and a bus connection to UWA would be perfect. Get in touch if you think i'd be a good fit!

Fairly easy going, back in perth after working away for a few years. Into surfing and surf life saving, living a healthy lifestyle. I work in the city, generally normal business hours although sometimes travel a little. Would be interested in teaming up also. Cheers.
Hello! I'm a 3rd year undergraduate student at UWA looking for a single room to rent (just for myself). I'm tidy, considerate, pet-friendly and don't smoke. Looking for a shared place near UWA or in the city. Thanks in advance x
