I'm a 35-year-old man who works full time as a technician. I sometimes work away so I'm not home all the time. I enjoy spending my free time being active outdoors; creating arts and crafts; or playing board/card games.

I'm looking to meet someone who wants to find a place together.
I'm not interested in a room in an existing shared space.
I would prefer to set up a new and fresh shared space than to try and integrate.

I respect privacy and boundaries and like my own quiet time but I do love a good deep chat and would ideally like to have a housemate who wants to watch a movie or play a game/chat at least every now and then.
I don't want it to feel like I'm sharing a space with a cold stranger.
