David and Kerri

Hi there!
My name is David, and my partner is Kerri. We are a couple in our mid 30s. Currently in Australia on a working holiday visa. Originally from the UK.
We are currently living in Sydney and both working full time, looking for a new place to stay for around 6 months, possibly longer.
I am a Cabinet Maker by trade, and my fiancé Kerri a barista.
We enjoying exploring Australia and we have been here since December 2023.

We are seeking a furnished bedroom, or studio to rent with bills included the top end of our budget is fixed at $450.

As a couple, we are respectful, easygoing, and reliable people who value a calm, clean, and comfortable home environment. We are mindful of shared spaces, always happy to contribute to keeping things tidy, and we aren't ones to bring drama or noise. We enjoy a good conversation and connection but also respect personal space and alone time.
We are both in our 30s, so are emotionally mature, good at communicating clearly, and value honesty and mutual respect.
