I’m currently renting in Spearwood for over a year, but my landlord is selling so I’m now looking for a new place. I work as a Project Engineer in construction, so I’m usually out during the day.

I’m 33, originally from Europe, but also Australian. Easy-going, independent and very clean. Looking for a place where I can settle, similar to what you described.

I’d be available to move in early May, from the first weekend depending on your availability. Happy to provide references if needed.
