I’m Ania, 26, and I’m currently looking for a single room.

I work full time in marketing in Perth, and I’m excited to find a place where I can relax. I’m easygoing, responsible, and enjoy socializing, but I also respect others' privacy. So I would like to find someone that will respect mine. Two mandatory conditions: no old men, no live-in landlord and NO PETS.
Minimum stay: 3 months.

I have arrived in Australia in February and I’ve lived in several houses, so I have multiple references. I’ve never caused any issues, never missed a payment, never had any problems with bonds, and I’ve always been a reliable and considerate tenant.

I’m currently looking for a place in a fairly central location since I don’t have a car, so I’m not considering houses that are too far out.

I’m a very tidy person — I like things clean, organised and well kept. I don’t host parties or big gatherings, and even when I invite a friend over, I’m always respectful and make sure not to disturb anyone. I’ve never caused any issues in any of the places I’ve lived.

I’m looking for a place in the center that is fairly modern, not old, and fully furnished. A parking spot isn’t necessary — it’s a nice optional, but I don’t need it. Ideally, the house would have air conditioning, especially in the room.
