Hi 😊 I am a 35, currently living in Robina gold coast. I am a home owner in Wellington New Zealand & I understand the responsibilities of owning a house and keeping it tidy including inside and out. I currently work at Toyota Nerang Gold Coast. I am happy to pay weeks advanced rent I enjoy being organized, clean, tidy, respectful & helping others. Would love to find a nice clean place with ducted AC Or a AC unit. (Will be my first taste of summer heat 😅
I am social and enjoy making new friends but also like my own downtime.
