Hi, I’m Kartik, originally from New Zealand and recently moved to Brisbane for work. I’m a full-time civil engineer based in the CBD, working standard hours during the week. I’m now on the lookout for a friendly, clean, and respectful share house to call home.

A bit about me – I’m easygoing, tidy, and enjoy a relaxed and drama-free living environment. I respect everyone’s space but am also happy to have a chat or share the occasional meal or movie night. During my downtime, I like being outdoors, exploring the city, or just relaxing at home after work. I’m not a party person and prefer a quiet, comfortable place to unwind.

Ideally, I’m looking for a place that’s well-connected to public transport and not too far from the city. I get along with people from all walks of life and am open to living with professionals or students who value mutual respect and cleanliness.
