Hey, I’m Tess! I’m a clean, respectful, and easy going flatmate. I’m mindful of shared spaces, always up for a chat and a glass a wine but I respect personal space. I'm in my 30s and work 9-5 (usually two days i wfh). I like to get out on weekends either to the beach, markets, trying new restaurants or relaxing with a book. Looking for a place with private room and bathroom with a non-smoker.would be great if there was a shared study. Love dogs and can provide references as a qualified plant babysitter. Love cats but usually can’t live with the fur. I come with a couch, outdoor furniture and most kitchen supplies. Looking to move start a new lease by start of September but I’m flexible with move date.
