Hi, I'm looking for a place to live next year. I live a busy pretty busy life, work full time in the city, gym or run most days and enjoy a few drinks over the weekend. Pretty flexible with requirements, would prefer a 2 bedroom apartment. Let me know if you have a place or if you are interested to try and find one together
Hello, My name is Tiana and I am a full time worker in Ascot. I am very friendly, clean and reliable! I have a 7 month old puppy (cavoodle) named Julius. He is my world and am looking for somewhere with a backyard and with people who love animals. He is toilet trained and super social. Please note he is a house dog. Happy to keep him outside during the day. But he will sleep in my bedroom with me at night. I am looking for a private room with a private bathroom. I don't need a car space as I rely on public transport. Happy go lucky girl who doesn't mind a drink socially on the weekends. Hoping to make some cool friends! Cheers!
Hello, I'm a full-time uni student (Chiropractic degree) and part-time myotherapist (business owner). I'm 25, non smoker, non drinker, yogi, with no pets. I'm pretty quiet, easy going and open minded. I'd prefer a studio apartment to rent near or in West End however I am open to moving into a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom living space sharing with another female. I'm looking to move any time between December 2018 - February 2019.
If you're looking for a respectful yet witty house mate who consistently blows your mind with greatness, then look no further. I'm a 24 year old QUT communications student in my final year of study, working part time as a digital media coordinator and an army reservist on the side. A solid thirst for fitness and everything outdoors aid mid-semester procrastination..so when I'm not 'hitting the books', that's where you'll find me. Clean, conscientious and like a beer almost as much as a protein shake. Cheers Kyle
Hi Everyone, My name is Sarah and I am 21 years old. I currently work 4 jobs so am a super busy, hardworking young individual. Im very mature for my age and have been renting since I was 17. I'm a peoples person and am very chatty, and easy to get along with. I work a lot so don't tend to have a lot of spare time, but when I do I am super relaxed and chilled and will usually opt for a day by the pool or some excersize. I'm looking for some fab new roommates that I can join in your already existing home, or can even pair up with someone to lease a new place. I'm specifically looking for a modern apartment with a pool and gym in Newstead/Teneriffe/Kangaroo Point.
I’m a friendly human being that likes to keep things tidy. Looking for a nice place to live and have my own personal space whilst having like minded people around me. I’m an apprentice carpenter so I try and stick to a routine. I like going to the gym. Fishing and surfing when I’m not working.
I’m Emily, I’m looking for new people to live with and new friends 😊 I’m hoping to get a group of people together to move into a 2/3/4 bedroom house. I’m not too fussed on location I’ve lived on different sides of Brisbane before, I work in Newstead so preferably not too far away. I’m easygoing and laidback. I enjoy a few bevies here and there but I am also respectful. I work full time as a paralegal and also becoming a makeup artist 👍🏼
Hi I’m Dexter. I am a busy personal trainer and nutritionist in the heart of Brisbane city. I am an easy going, relaxed guy. I am really busy during the week and on the weekends I like to play sport, socialise and relax. I like to keep everything nice and clean. I will be looking at moving into a new place early January (5-8). I have a 4WD that requires parking space.
Back home in Brisbane after 6 months travelling overseas. Looking for a place to stay while I finish my degree and return to full time work. I study Product Design and Jewellery and work for the government as an IT Solution Designer. I have a beautiful cat called Daisy currently staying with a friend of mine who may move in with me, so am hoping to find fellow animal lovers who love to give cat pats and cuddles. As a housemate I'm pretty easygoing and tidy. I enjoy a good chat and hanging out occasionally but also need time to chill on my own. I'm looking for a place for 3 months to start off with and happy to extend if we get along well. If you have any questions let me know!
I'm 20 years old and currently live in Sydney, Australia and in need of a place in Brisbane as my job requires me to move to Brisbane. I study Mandarin intensively and work for an airline doing short haul International so I am away a bit. I love being around people and don't mind a drink or two. I like to keep healthy and travel!
Hi, I'm Ella! I am 19 y/o who moved to Brisbane a year ago. I am looking to move further into the city to be closer to work & study. I would love to live with people who are open-minded & humourous. I'm often out socialising or getting outdoors, however, do enjoy coming home to rad people and being able to have a laugh. About me, I'm a upbeat active beachbum working as a lifeguard. I usually spend my days off adventuring or pottering around doing food prep or lil projects. Not a big drinker but love live music & a few social ones out with mates. Looking for people seeking someone to housesearch with them or wanting an extra in a preexisting household. Not fussy about room size or shared bathrooms, however do need somewhere to park a car (on or off road). Hit me up if this sounds like a go for you :)
I moved to Brisbane a few months ago, and I am bringing my dog here in January, unfortunately, my current place does not allow pets. I am looking to start a new sharehouse with friendly and clean people that love dogs. I would prefer to live with social and friendly people, I really don't know many people here yet so it would be awesome to make some new friends. I work full time as a hairdresser in Fortitude Valley. Tuesday - Saturday. I am active and I love to Travel. Also, I enjoy going out for a wine on the weekend and love to try new restaurants. Looking for something long-term.
Hi im Tyla! im 20 yrs old, clean and tidy, like to keep to myself as well as socialise and have a few drinks! Im looking to move closer to the city as thats where I am working my full time job! I love to go to gym and on hikes, so I’m always up for a little adventure! I’m looking to live with easy going, like minded people, who are looking for not only a house mate but a friend! :)
Hey I'm Zoe! A little about me, I work full time M-F in advertising. I'm pretty social and definitely enjoy a few drinks on weekends! I'm ideally looking to live with someone like-minded, who's up for a chat in the evenings or an adventure on weekends. I also have a cat who will be coming along for the ride named Murph. I have everything you need to furnish an entire house, so someone who's keen to find somewhere unfurnished and without much of their own furniture would be ideal, but not essential! Can also offer Foxtel* to seal the deal. I'm looking to move to Newstead/Teneriffe area to be a bit closer to work/play. Hoping to find either someone to team up with and find a new place together or a room in an established place! Move date is before December 2nd. If you're interested in knowing more, or think we might make a good team, please feel free to get in touch! *basics package ;)
Hi I work full time in the city. Looking for mates but at the same time I understand everyone needs their personal space. Ideally looking for one room and own bathroom in a two bedroom apartment.
I'm looking for a non-smoking place that has a bedroom with air-con, off-street parking, and a social, relaxing, clean place to come home to. Originally from the States, now Australian, I'm a software engineer and have been working in the digital space for little over 20 yrs. I enjoy craft beers & starting up the BBQ in the evenings. As for TV, I enjoy doco's, occasional sports and comedies. I don't play video games or watch Sci-Fi but I don't mind a little Internet radio. I also enjoy the startup scene and going to Meetups. I play little know games, disc golf & ultimate Frisbee. My flatmates say I'll make a great wife one day as I'm a clean and tidy person. I simply will not live with bugs! As a bonus, I make the best Margaritas you've ever tasted and can make most people laugh quite a bit... Any questions? Just ask.
I'm a radiographer who's just finished a postgraduate writing course at UQ. I'm friendly, sociable, and easy to get along with. I like to cook, and while I love being around people, I'm perfectly happy entertaining myself. I'm gay, so queer-friendly households are a must.
My name is Chris. I’m clean and house-trained. I’m vegan, but am totally respectful of others food preferences. I'm not racist, sexist or homophobic. I’m a virgo, if that’s important. I enjoy meeting new people and good chats over coffee, tea, beer, wine, water (or nothing at all!), though I guess I’m mostly a fairly quiet soul. My first passion is music - going to gigs, listening to it and occasionally making it - I’m particularly into indie, dreampop, rock, post-punk, and electronic music plus the odd guilty-pleasure… I’m always on the lookout for new music to fall in love with. I am an atheist. I love bike riding, and walking I respect the environment, love being in nature and do my best to lessen my impact on the planet. I have an interest in politics and the way the world is run. I love photography - I’m always taking photos of random things. Occasionally the photos aren’t bad. I enjoy reading - some fave authors: Will Self, William Gibson, Kurt Vonnegut, Anna Funder... I do love a good film too (but really, doesn’t pretty much everyone?) My favourite film is "Withnail And I”. I like to think that I have a good sense of humour and love to laugh (I really get off on smart British comedy especially), joke and smile, but am fascinated by the darker aspects of life. I have been working for the last 12 years as a public servant, which sometimes feels longer. I have travelled overseas a fair bit in the last 15 years or so, from living in London, Berlin and Canada, to several holidays in Europe and a trip to India. I love animals - cats in particular I really enjoy playing boardgames, and quite like the occasional computer game too. So obviously I just love hanging out at Netherworld. Love trivia nights too I’m not particularly into sport, but I do enjoy cricket, don’t mind a bit of soccer, and enjoy the odd game of squash with one of my besties too, though we're still a bit hazy on all the rules.... There's probably something really obvious about me that I've left out...
I'm looking to start a new lease in a nice 2 bedroom apartment somewhere either in the valley or around it. I'm looking at Peppers or something modern like that, with a gas stove and balcony. I'm working full time in a government job, I'm basically an extroverted nerd, I read a lot of books, listen to pod casts or audio books. I'm a fan of culture, I enjoy doing a lot of everything, experiencing new things. I play video games, but now i'm more focused on my career and entrepreneurial ventures. I'm very clean, I say fuck a lot, I listen to rap the majority of the time. I like muay thai fighting, yoga and going to the gym very regularly. I would say i'm a very disciplined, get shit done but laid back person as well. I don't complain I'm courteous of your space, your things and noise. I like to be social, have dinner together, talk over some champagne or whatever. I don't care if you're messy as long as that mess stays in your room. I don't care if you like to keep to yourself, you're introverted or whatever. I'm very chill, laid back, but also like to party so I enjoy the night life and having some drinks on the weekend. Moving in with new people I like to be very clear with boundaries and expectations from the get go soo... Thing's that bug me. - using unnecessary amounts of electricity, not turning off power points. - Leaving a new toilet paper roll on top of an empty roll. - Not washing both sides of dishes, or half of dishes. - Leaving oil and grime on dishes. - Leaving oil that's been spat off from the stove on the floor and surrounding areas. - Leaving mess anywhere other than your room. - Being loud when it's late on a work night. Not trying to close doors/draws quietly, etc. I generally wear earplugs so If I wake up wearing them then there will be problems haha. - If sharing bathroom, using my shampoo and stuff without asking, I generally dont care if you want to use it. - Not cleaning up hair, makeup and toothpaste in the bathroom, leaving skid marks, leaving marks on the mirrors. - Not doing all of the above then changing your mind later on. Other than that I don't really care what you do 🙃
Hi, prospective housemates! My name's Jack and I'm a fun, inquisitive kinda guy looking to move into an inner-city household with some likeminded people. I'm a professional musician, which keeps me very busy from Thursdays-Sundays and I've recently gotten into cycling so I've been spending a fair bit of time on the road as well. I'm single, with no pets and a penchant for podcasts, Thai food, Premier League and pop-psychology. I've been renting in Newstead for the last four years and would love to stay central, if for no other reason than to feed my specialty coffee habit... Prior to that, I've lived in plenty of sharehouses and would consider myself a veteran at this point: tidy and respectful but keen to build a great culture everywhere I go. Let me know if I sound like a good fit, would love to meet you.
Hey, I'm Blaise. Clean, tidy and respectful. I am currently a fruiter at 2 locations and studying remedial massage. I am also a qualified health coach and business owner. I'm not a party animal, but I do enjoy the occasional night out with friends. Social day-time outings, movies, gym, playing guitar, board games and spontaneous cafe brunches are all things that I enjoy. I will respect your privacy and hope you respect mine, but I also think it would be cool to hang out once in a while - whether that's sharing a meal, grabbing a coffee or something similar.
Hey there, I am Luke. I'm a student at QUT majoring in Architecture. Been in Brisbane for about 1 year. Just looking for a flatmate to move in with. I am an easy going person, outgoing, open-minded, clean, well-organized and a great listener. I like music, sketching and going out as well. There's more about me and if you're looking foward, feel free to message me.
