Hey, my name's Marc. I’m a 39 year old professional who's moved to Brisbane from Sydney.

I’m easy going, friendly, respectful, reliable with rent/bills and the house proud type - super clean and tidy!

I work on a few different professional commitments including personal training, online business and music, and like to spend my spare time keeping fit and enjoying the outdoors.

My ideal sharing arrangement is with others who have full time work commitments, like to keep a very clean home and a chill and peaceful home environment that's respectful of noise after hours.

I'm straight but am accepting and experienced with living with others who have different orientations.

I live an active lifestyle with a quieter home life, preferring to socialize mostly outside the home. An ideal home environment is one that's friendly and warm as opposed to strangers who come and go.

Living preferences:

1) The available room has its own aircon
2) Space somewhere to set up a small desk
3) Access and use of my own bathroom, but open to sharing a bathroom with one other person if the fit is right.
4) There's somewhere to park a car freely without a street permit or renting a parking space

I consider sharing a living space a chance to grow as a person, so always open to enjoying conversation and a friendly chat with people I share with, sharing a meal here and there or even socialising on occasion, but I also have my own thing going on and have respect for others' privacy and lives.
