I'm a freelance copywriter, dog lover, outdoors enthusiast and greenie looking for a room in Brisbane. I work full time throughout the week from a co-working space, so I'm out from about 9am until 6pm. I have a 2 year old dog called Gal, who is an active and affectionate labrador x kelpie. She comes to work with me half the week and I bring her on most weekend trips out of town. I'm looking for a room in an existing house with 1 or two other housemates, or for a whole property to take on with someone else. As a housemate, I'm laid back but not in a 'don't care if the house is messy' way. (I care if the house is messy, just not in an intense way!). I like a good mix of hanging out at home and doing my own thing, and recharge by being a crafty loner with my paints or plants. I am always committed to having a peaceful and happy household, so if there's something to sort out, I much prefer a 2 minute chat over 2 weeks of quiet resentment. I'll stack the dishwasher your way, no worries! As a person generally, I'm an introverted extrovert - I'm no social butterfly but I do love to hang out. I usually spend a couple nights per week out for dinner/with friends and get away for weekends whenever I can. I'd love to have housemates to hang out and have a wine with sometimes, maybe poke fun at reality TV contestants, complain about the ads etc. I love art, nature, hiking, tacky Netflix documentaries, ABC News Breakfast, painting, plants and bird nerding.

Hi. my name is Adriaan. Looking to do a team-up with 1 other person in north side. Would be ideal to find a big house for $400/week that we can share so we both have lots of space. Looking for houses between Hamilton and Brighton. Would consider Redcliffe and Mango Hill area as well. And preferably stay on the eastern side of gympie road as i work in Eagle Farm. I am South African. Been in Aus for almost 17 years now. I am very Easy going, clean, relaxed, social, out going. I don’t smoke or do drugs. But I won’t say no to a drink or 2. I tend to keep to myself but love to socialise. I am LGBT+ friendly and have no problems with anyone of any sexuality, gender or culture/ethnicity. i love animals. I do have a cat of my own, he is currently with family, but they can no longer look after him and i miss him dearly. So if you don't have a cat but like cats or have a cat yourself that is friendly. This would work out perfectly. I do have my own car - a garage spot or under cover would be ideal, but i am okay with street parking. I have a permanent job from 2pm-10pm Monday to Friday. I am very conscious of people who do shift work and i am generally very quiet. I DO have my own gardening equipment - Lawnmower, whipper snippers, petrol pressure washer/electric pressure washer. And various other tools and stuff for odds and end jobs + racks for storage. As well as a fire pit and a small gas bbq. And I also have camping equipment. So if there is a shed or garage for storage then that would be awesome. If you don't have room for any of these, then thats fine - Can just rent a storage shed. I DO have my own bed, computer, desk, standing wardrobe, L shape couch, box freezer, and a nice flat screen smart tv, air fryer, pots/pans/plates/glasses/cups/cutlery. I also have a TP Link internet account + modem. Only things i DO NOT have is a fridge, microwave, washing machine, tumble-dryer, dining table and chairs. But i am happy to purchase these items if needs be. I am interested in a shared house type situation with other housemates, I don't mind living and sharing with either males or females or an Apache Helicopter. I am looking for a place to stay ASAP and anywhere from 12 months or longer. Im happy to team up with someone who has similar interests and/or are looking for a place in North Side

Mila my 5 year old Weimaraner is looking for a new location to sleep, eat, play, repeat in. I'm just the guy who feeds her really. To support her lavishly average lifestyle, I make video and photo content as a full-time film maker so you will find me behind the camera and editing suite most of the time. When not punching out the bangers for the socials, I'll be out adventuring with Mila as her fan base requires multiple public engagements. We are both as relaxed as the current QLD COVID restrictions to live with and may provide endless banter while being completely respectful of others space. If you are looking for a wagging tail to greet you, an endless supply of licks and a photographer as a bonus then feel free to reach out. Talk soon!

Hi I’m Madi, I am 24 and work full time in real estate. I have a cat named Yoshi who is the king of the house! I run a business so I am always super busy, and newly single so I am socialising quite a bit when not at work. But I don’t have house parties and like to keep my house clean and quiet :) I have lived in all types of situations with all types of people so I am accomodating to all lifestyles and preferences when sharing a home! I spend most of my time working or with friends, and when at home I thoroughly enjoy relaxing, reading, or a cheeky Netflix binge. I’m hoping to move somewhere close to the city in the next month or so and flexible on pretty much anything :) I have a house full of furniture too

Hi, I'm James. I'm 33, work full time in Guest Relations at a top tier law firm (monday to friday). Easy going and friendly. I'm into sports (playing and watching), board games and gaming. Bit of a nerd! I like to socialise, but also enjoy that peaceful personal space too. Just looking for a good fit and someone to get along with. My current housemate will be moving in with a friend to be closer to work etc, so I will have a room available shortly in my current 2 bedroom apartment. The lease finishes in the first week of December, where I have the option to extend. However, I am also open to moving into either a current lease or searching for a new one as a teamup.

Hi all, first of all i would just like to mention that I am still quite new to Brisbane(been here about 2 months) and although I have some ideal suburbs to live in I am definitely open to other suggestions. I would prefer however to look more in the northern suburbs or within a close commute to the city from other areas. I have spent years both sharing with others in a full house hold and with just one in a smaller house hold. Currently looking for 1 or 2 others to start something new. I have some furniture(a spare double bed, small fridge, big freezer, couch, some shelves, washing machine, a bunch of semi-useful kitchen things, a small tv) I like to keep reasonably active and try to make more positive choices than negative ones when it comes to keeping healthy(not in a super serious way, just casually try to make better choices at times). I often go for crazy walks or bike rides while I'm exploring and looking for new things. I have a fair interest in caring for our environment and again, just trying to make more positive choices than negative ones and would like to live in a space where recycling is done right and the possibility of a small garden for compost/growing some fruit/veg. I enjoy cooking/baking(sometimes terribly, sometimes it works), and i can make a pretty good ice-cream(still experimenting with flavours) I think living in a queenslander would be super sweet for extra space for hobbies and life and a yard, but happy to explore other options too. Not looking for a partying lifestyle, but happy to share small social/dinner/fun gatherings on occasions. I am definitely looking for a housemate/s that can help make the place feel like home and somebody that is happy to share a drink and a feed sometimes and maybe even bring some cool hobbies to share. I like to keep things moderately tidy I guess with people just being able to respect the space for what it is. I have a huge interest in music and an urge to always have something playing(I enjoy checking out live music too) I also come with a record collection that I am happy to share. I also have a strong interest in craft beer, and just like trying new tastes. So in summary of my terrible essay, -flexible on move date and location(maybe) -employed full time -walking, bike rides and exploring -various sports interest -some furniture to share -recycling -music -craft beer -make that house a home -pet friendly(but have none of my own) -looking for friendly and semi-social housemates If you tick any, some or all of the boxes(or if i tick any of yours i guess) and think that we can make something work, let me know. Cheers

Oh hey! I'm a 28-year-old labradoodle mum, working full-time &; relocating to Brisbane in January. I would like to team up with someone like-minded to secure a lease. I love coffee, adventures, and gin. I have an interior design background so I like to keep the place decked out - also very tidy and pay bills on time. Not big on getting sloshed every weekend but don’t mind loosening up every once in a while. My dog is quite well-trained and behaved but also playful. She is hypoallergenic and does not shed at all. A yard for her zoomies is a must. Ideally would like to have my own bathroom and off-street parking is essential. Oh and I can cook! If this sounds like something you are looking for, or have any questions, hit me up! Elle x

Hi there, I am currently studying and working in a beautiful store in James Street, Brisbane. I wish to find a friendly household to be apart of for the foreseeable future. I own a lovely mini groodle who is nothing but a bundle of joy and has been professionally trained. He is very well behaved and is always up for a cuddle. I am extremely neat and considerate of people's privacy. I also love cooking, keeping fit and having a good old conversation! Kind regards, Isabelle
